location is very strategic right in the heart of Myeong-dong, 5 mins walk from exit 7 and 8 myeongdong station, the room is cleanliness is spotless! the bed size is perfect for us and soundproof is good

Very convenient location. Availability of ice and filtered water was a big plus. Laundry facilities also very good.

Fantastic location for first time visitors to Seoul- right above the night market. Very quiet, no noise from adjacent rooms. Water station in corridor very handy. Excellent reception staff- very professional and gave great advice on transport etc. Close to metro and the airport bus. Oh and a very chirpy toilet-loved it!

Room is slightly small for family of 4 & 1 big luggage. Location is slightly further into myeongdong street, from Myeongdong Station Exit 7.

The location, the hot & cold water dispenser at my floor, the automatic toilet seat and bidet function, the strong water pressure from the shower head and the comfy beds. The housekeeping staff made up our room everyday and replenished our bottled water and tea sachets, it was very thoughtful of her. The staff here at the lobby are very helpful and multilingual, speaking at least English, Korean and Japanese

I didn’t like that there’s no airconditioning during winter. And they would rather have you open the window for a cool breeze. And although this is very eco friendly - I think having the option to regulate the room temp would be nice especially since not all rooms get the same amount of cool breeze just through the windows - in fact, the room we stayed in was so hot (heating turned off, windows open), that my son was actually sweating. We had to ask for a fan, which staff arranged for us straightaway. I also wasn’t a fan of a little glass in the head board (not sure what that is, but found it a bit creepy). Other than that though, room was kept clean everyday. Staff were very friendly.

Loved the location. It was super close to the markets, restaurants are everywhere. Train station was very close. Very clean!

Was quite hard to find the correct door when arriving by airport bus. Needs to be a reminder or notification which door to use for check in.

This was a superb location as is right in the middle of the night market and surrounding restaurants.

The air-conditioning didn't go down low enough, and although it was the middle of winter, it got a bit hot at night. The instructions said to open a window but we couldn't see how to open them. The morning we left , we found a tiny window at the side of the big window that was behind a large curtain. It would have been good if the instructions had mentioned this. Tv didn't swivel around to watch in bed.

The room was spacious and well laid out. Great location that is convenient to station and access to tours. Rooms were quiet.

Just be aware tours can’t pick you up from the front since it’s at a busy location unless it’s super early in the morning and still then drivers get in trouble. Whilst I don’t think it’s the hotel staff but shops next to it since their security get verbal and refuse driver to stop just to let us out. It happened twice so for the return trip to airport we had to meet outside another hotel 5min away.

Central location with shops right at your door step, quiet room as we didn’t hear anybody and I even tested whilst my daughter was playing Kpop in the bathroom i went outside the door and couldn’t hear a thing. Room was clean and bed was comfortable as I usually find hotel beds too stiff. I also liked how we got two pillows types, one hard & one soft so you can choose. Close to train station to get you everywhere and easy walk to get to the gondola for n-tower. I was with my 15year old daughter and we were always coming home late and we felt very safe in the area no matter what time.

The room size too small. Car can't arrive on site, it is not convenience on arrival and departure. This should address on the information. Our car is driving in circle to find the entry.

not so much of dislike (given the location and it being a common thing in seoul) but the room is indeed small. booked a family twin for 3 adults, there is barely any space for us to put and open up our luggage. it may be due to the space usage of the room - the toilet is decently sized with a bath tub inside.

the hotel is in the heart of myeongdong, so it is very accessible. the hotel is very clean.
