Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongStaff still getting trained. I asked for a charger at the counter and they didn't understand, and then couldn't fulfill my request. Eventually I was told to go to another floor of the convention center and there were charging desks there. Also, the access to the outdoor pool and shopping isn't convenient. It would be great if you were attending a conference or concert, but for a getaway/vacation, the location is a bit off the beaten path.
The decor is really cool. Not your typical hotel vibe, but more like a boutique hotel.

Hong KongIt took one hour to check in. The breakfast serves in the restaurant needs improvement. I have to wait for 30 minutes for my coffee.

We came to Macau for our honeymoon and a wedding. When we were scoping out hotels, we came across andaz, we didn't expect too much considering its price (low cost). However, once checked-in and we scoped out it's facilities, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional.
