Staff still getting trained. I asked for a charger at the counter and they didn't understand, and then couldn't fulfill my request. Eventually I was told to go to another floor of the convention center and there were charging desks there. Also, the access to the outdoor pool and shopping isn't convenient. It would be great if you were attending a conference or concert, but for a getaway/vacation, the location is a bit off the beaten path.

The decor is really cool. Not your typical hotel vibe, but more like a boutique hotel.

1. Only one restaurant at the hotel, during concert time, tons of visitors making meal time stressful to get a seat. 2. Shuttle bus to Broadway too small to take care visitor during meal time.

The shuttle bus is very popular and we were not always able to get on it. The twin room beds were a little small.

Super modern with nice design finishes. Everything was very clean. Friendly staff. Loved being able to use the Galaxy pool.

There was noisy random sounds coming from the above floor and it was difficult to sleep.

I liked the view and the behaviour of the staffs. The room cleaning was standarized and tidy.

It took one hour to check in. The breakfast serves in the restaurant needs improvement. I have to wait for 30 minutes for my coffee.

Spacious room, free cup noodle, and a box of cookies for guests in the room. You can also take away the slipper.

I heard there is normally a long queue for the breakfast buffet so we had to wake up early to be there before 7am.

service was slow and rude, inefficient and unfriendly. location is off of main area. about a 5 min walk to galaxy but quite inconvenient with shuttles.

This was a really well designed hotel and lots of little touches to make our stay really special such as complimentary drinks and snacks and kids activities in the room. Access to the Grand Resort Deck and the free shuttle between hotels was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

3pm check in and the rooms weren’t ready. Pool opened too late (9am). Only 1 restaurants and basically no vegetarian options!

Some rooms have view on the construction site of new hotel from the same chain (but it is temporarily). Shuttle bus to another hotels from the same chain is not comfortable.

We should have stayed more nights. It was a great stay.

We came to Macau for our honeymoon and a wedding. When we were scoping out hotels, we came across andaz, we didn't expect too much considering its price (low cost). However, once checked-in and we scoped out it's facilities, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional.
