First the staffs are very welcoming , checking smooth and fast thanks Long . And got water on checkin, to sooth the heat , excellent and thoughtful . We are a family with grandparents , they all enjoyed it . We have room next to each other, bed is so comfy , pillow is great and soft , the water tap is strong during shower , drinks from the fridge are all free but no refills , so great , we got a river view , amazing view , hotel in and out are clean and neat . Everyone is so nice . So close to galaxy hotel and casino nearby , off from the boarder taking 102x bus to galaxy 2 stop, and cross the road to reach the hotel , so easy, back to the boarder , bus stop just down the hotel . So convenient , restaurants are down the hotel , plenty of restaurants to choose , circle K convenience store 24/7 , ice cream shop . But price are tourist price unless you want to take a bus to other area .

The breakfast buffet is very basic. The check in process could be quicker. However, the staff are very smiley & friendly

Nice big room ( got upgraded)!, helpful friendly staff. Checked out late , without notice, with zero complaints ( most appreciated) . Overall it is a perfectly fine hotel priced honestly part of galaxy complex. You get access to the grand resort deck & has several restaurants just in front . It's just more a 4 star than 5 for sure

Breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel and variety of food is lacking. However at the hotel site they do mention that it is a “light breakfast “.

The hotel is not near the casino which makes it a lot calmer. They got me an upgrade to a suite with river view which was enormous! Very comfortable bed. There is a shuttle bus to go to the galaxy hotel or you can get there by a 10 minute walk.

the extremely high price for a lunar new year holidays, the smell from the bed.

Room had a bit of a damp smell. Wasn't very bright in the room. Felt like it needed a bit of maintenance

Price was great and easy shuttle transfer between hotel and Galaxy hotel. Worth staying here if you just in Macao to use it for sleep only. Staff are polite

The tv only had the hotels channels. Could not use my chrome cast on it as there was a different remote to the normal tv so you couldn’t access the smart tv function or change hdmi

I didn't like the services from booking.com tried to connect them multiple time to reduce the booking days and even hotel agreed to do so. But booking.com charged me for 2 days.

A little bit confusion to find your way. The Galaxy is a very large complex and signalling sometimes has gaps.

Very friendly staff. Relative close to the Cotai Strip. The food street just 1 elevator down away.

Excellent hospitality , Memorable , value for money and excellent , (especially Mr.Roy service representative and Ms.Keya front desk - excellent work), Short time check- in service, Though my bank card had issue but broadway kept my booking reservation to worry free , (not everyone will do it ) ..
