Bathroom - the telephone shower was not too strong, and the clip of the shower was weak that it kept slipping downward, had to adjust all the time while in the shower. Also, draining the water from the shower floor could be better.

Breakfast - fantastic! Good quality selection, the pastries were freshly baked and also good quality. Room - very good size, comfortable beds, lovely view of the Parisian. Bathroom - cute rubber ducky:). High quality Byredo toiletries.

The shower in the room (2311) wasn't working properly. The shower head is loose and the water temperature and volume is one and the same control

It says free shuttle provided, but there was insufficient sign postings/ directions at the ferry terminal when we arrived. Didn't know that we could take the shuttle to Sheraton (just about 3min walk away from Conrad). Only found out through the terribly unfriendly staff/ driver at the ferry terminal, who chided us when we attempted to clarify. He even snapped at us and told us to g00gle for ourselves to see that both hotels were affiliated. Totally uncalled for. Thankfully, the service and experience by the Conrad staff subsequently more than made up for this bad start!

Everything was amazing to say the least. Rooms were spacious and clean (we even got a free upgrade as the concierge noticed we were a family of 3, so he offered us a room with 2 double beds! I can't recall his name - but he sure deserves a raise.). Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the room too! No foul smell in the room/ toilet, great amenities and the bathrobe/ slippers/ bedding etc. were of superb quality. Also conveniently located along the Cotai Strip - very accessible to the ferry terminals (by shuttle bus), and the connecting bridge to Venetian is just downstairs! Don't miss the Chinese restaurant by the casino downstairs - the peking duck and noodles were great! It was my parents' first time visiting the Cotai Strip and they really enjoyed themselves.

Quality of the room and services are exceptional. Attention to detail from the guest services crew is spectacular. We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!! The best birthday week ever!

Newly built hotel located in Cotai city centre with free shuttle buses and lots of restaurants and shops around. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Will definitely return.

We booked 2 rooms, came around check in time but the other room wasn't ready for another 2 more hours. Maybe because we requested to have rooms next to each other. The rooms were still far apart, maybe like 10 rooms apart but at least we were placed on the same floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! My family really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were also very helpful. They helped us with getting a taxi for a big family and helped us check out smoothly. The staff even helped us with our luggage all the way to the shuttle bus.

The design of the shower head was not good as we had to pull down the shower head to shower.

Everything met my expectations. Water was provided and extra bottles were provided without charge. My daughter asked for sanitary napkins, it was provided and delivered to the room promptly and quickly.

Nothing it was perfect. But if I had to be picky then I would of like to have a bigger pool to swim in.

The bedrooms were extremely spacious and clean, the Queen size bed was comfy. dressing gowns, slippers, eye masks etc were all provided in the bathroom had all the amenities and more. It came with a fridge and coffee machine which was very useful as we love a coffee in the morning and cold water to drink. This hotel provides 2 room service once in the morning and once in the evening. I notice that they would always bind our phone chargers neatly which was a nice touch. The spa and gym was convenient to get to. As for someone who goes to the gym frequently, their gym exceeded my expectations, with access to cold water, facecloths, cleaning wipes to a wide variety of gym equipment (even have classes on), the staff were so helpful and friendly I never wanted leave! The spa area was big and very clean, it was easy access to the pool. The hotel is located in the designer shopping mall area with amazing food halls within walking distance.
