The staff seems to be very stressed due to many guests checking in. Should not go to the casino lose money there haha.

Very beautiful in and out. Room was very specious compared to Europe. Love the blue theme felt very Portuguese. It was our second time here would highly recommend all of you to try their buffet it’s worth it. Oysters were fresh and steak is good.

Room coffee limited choice. Jaccuzi in sauna limited space. Outdoor pool looks way to small for such a big hotel.

Breakfast buffet, bedding, room shower, indoor pool, sauna, room size all great. Sufficient number of English TV channels. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location walkable to MGM, Wynn Palace, City of Dreams, sky train to other casinos.

No bidet on toilets. Can't access the pool for ocular and just take photos. The assigned staff told us we have to be in a swimsuit to access it. Quick table clean up at the grand buffet during breakfast, even taking out drinks and utensils while we're still drinking and using, without asking first. Wasn't given rooms on the same floor despite getting 3 rooms in 1 booking.

The bed was comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Will provide you a good night sleep. There were a lot of helpful and friendly staffs in the lobby, especially the Filipinos.

Maybe sometimes we have to take a bit long time to wait for the buses when there are too many guests to come to visit your hotel.

This is the fourth time for me to stay in Lisboa Palace Macau. This is a very fabulous, gorgeous, and comfortable hotel. Especially I love the breakfast buffet for there is a wide variety of food and the food and beverage are delicious and stylish too. I also love the whole enviroment of this hotel that make me feel enjoyable, comfortable and relexable.

location too far from centre, we have to take taxi while sight seeing to places like 路環。

Room is spacious with bright, colorful Lisboa deco; love especially the deco of the cushions and pillows. So comfortable that I do not want to get up in the morning!

Long queue for breakfast buffet. Besides, the spa is terrible. Products and facilities are wonderful, however, the therapists are terrible. They were quite lazy when doing massage. For the 30-minute eye treatment and 30-minute facial massage, they just do the massage less than 1 minute for both face and eye. And their skill didn’t meet the 5-star hotel spa standard which costed me about $5000 for 2 persons.

The hotel environmental condition, room and toilet & shower facilities are great.

Check in experience was poor for a premium hotel. Insufficient staff available at the check in desk and far too long to process each arrival resulted in a long queue. A wait of over 30 minutes to be seen by staff.

This is my third time staying at the Grand Lisbota Hotel. As with previous experiences, my stay was very peaceful, comfortable and satfisfactory. As for my last stay, thank you to the manager of your hotel, Ms Leung for upgrading my room. Oversall, the tooms at Lisbota are big, clean, comfortable and tidy, and the lighting is very comfortable too. The air conditioning is appropriately cold. I also love the gorgeous garden and the buffet. Moreover, I love the environment of the Casino, and there has a variety of new slot machines. And your staff's services and attitude are good and up to standard. I will definitely choose to stay at your hotel next come.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, we loved the decor in the lobby, bedroom, garden, buffet restaurant, not to mention the gorgeous indoor swimming pool. The staff were attentive and helpful. We had a great experience at the spa as well, and enjoyed a massage and facial treatment. The breakfast was tasty and diverse, catering to both local and Western tastes. And with free shuttles going almost anywhere in Macau, it was easy to get around.
