Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI did not liked any hotel soft pillows as it gave me a neck ache. So I had to improvised by using the foot rest from the armchair. Used it as a pillow covered with a clean towel. Plus free flow of plain drinking water.
Did not take the hotel breakfast as it is too expensive. But the convenient part was the foodcourt and the airport which was just 10 minutes away with free hotel shuttle bus transport 2-way.

Hong KongFirstly, the check in time was annoyingly long (Approximately 45 mins). The longest i've ever been in. It was also inconvenient as my family had to stand at the lobby while waiting. The queueing system was unorganised as the staffs directed the guests towards the end of the queue to the priority desk. Which i thought was unfair to the guests at front (including myself). Secondly, the renovation noise in Tower 1. (which we were informed about). It was slightly irritating but not unbearable. I appreciate the honest warning and the option to stay in Tower 2 while checking in.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Great gym. Loved the vibe. Great location. Amazing sights nearby especially at night. Spacious room but furntures are abit dated. Nice pool. Feels like a resort. Good value (on my particular day). Confusing but extremely fast checkout. Just toss your room key into the Express checkout box. (I didn't know)

Hong KongThe check in was a little longer than usual and we received the key to the second bedroom 2 hours after check in but the hotel compensated us with a late check out and the staff who helped us was really kind and apologetic. We appreciate weekend is always busy
The room is spacious and breakfast has many choices to choose from. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check out at 2PM which is amazing!!

United KingdomCheck in was misleading. I booked two rooms, one higher price but was given two lower priced rooms. The check in staff said could not find booking for higher priced room. She then said we have been upgraded to better floor. However, it made no difference which floor, as we were still given two lower priced rooms! Complaint and asked for refund of the difference... Decorations old...
