Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe only issue i have is the construction noise beside the hotel. They start work so early and the noise coming from the construction site is really disturbing my sleep. When i approached the front office, the Chinese lady told me that in future i can request for room which are further away from the construction site. Knowing that there are rooms available which are further away from the sound from the construction site, why was i not being offered in the first place?
This hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL and within walking distance to KLCC, which is so convenience. Food and beverages are easily available and within are-reached.

Malaysiamy previous stay booking twin deluxe did not fair well. Room carpet was damp , hot water wasnt really working, toiletries werent filled, room telephone wasnt working. Had to call maintenance. Executive room did not have these issues thank god.
This time Diana at the front desk helped me to upgrade to executive room at a good price. There is a vast difference between executive and regular deluxe room. Executive has shower option instead of bathtub. Room had better ambience, air quality, water heating.

Very attentive and responsive staff! Wonderful dinner on the first floor of the hotel. Perfect location.

SingaporeMy stay on 5/5/24 to 6/5/24, the 3rd floor room, have pool view and can see part of Twin Towers, though good view but at night, when try to sleep, got some noise, not a quiet room.
Room is ok. Location is good, near Twin Towers, shopping malls, many eateries, lively area. Breakfast is good, got food we like to eat, so happy with the breakfast.

MalaysiaFound a dead cockroach on arrival and it's gone the next morning... The room was quite hot initially I was sweating during sleep but they fix it each time I made a complaint..
The staff were helpful... I made a complaint bout the room temperature 3 times and they sent someone to fix and even offer for room transfer.. The location is so good.. 50m walking distance to food trucks open space, 5-15 minutes walking to suria klcc & convention centre, 20 minutes to kg baru..
