Booked this hotel because I have a Marriot gift voucher. The parking was bright and spacious with a guard station. Check-in was fast. Lobby was huge and decorated nicely. The room looks exactly like the picture published. Size and layout of room was very comfortable - I like how the toilet roll holder was designed to keep your phone (see pic) LOL! This hotel looks new and is clean for sure. Restaurant is nicely laid out but quiet, and food was unexpectedly delicious, especially the mee goreng! Location was quiet/peaceful with a short 5min drive to Jonker Street. Grab rides are easy to get so you avoid having to find parking. Staff were all impeccably friendly. Special mention to Daniell at front desk - I've had a technical problem with my Bonvoy account setup for years and many have failed to help me. He not only helped me get back access, he explained to me what was the issue (yeah, my fault!) so I know what I can do to fix this in future. Many thanks Daniell! Overall a delightful experience.

Most staff are amazing, unfortunately encountet 1 particularly male staff at reception did not come up to the standard / par of the other staffs. Not smiling, English minimum.

Good property ... great location. Breakfast buffet is acceptable , many room to improve, lack of local delight.

nothing. everthing is up to expectations. Maybe the only thing is a bit away from the main streets. No convenient stores to grab like snacks, etc.

The Staff is friendly and hopsitable. Pool was big and decent. Nice view too. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices was great.

The daily room cleaning was late, a couple of time they came late in the afternoon (after lunch) to our room and will not be able to clean properly because we are in the room. I would expect cleaning to be done in the morning. While I stayed for 3 nights 2 of the days it was not properly clean because the house keeping came after we returned from lunch.

The property is new and while I didn’t get a chance to use all facilities the lobby and all other common areas are very new and spacious While I didn’t upgrade I was fortunate enough to get a straits view room - it was really pleasant view from the room. Breakfast was really good variety and tasted good too! Really enjoyed time spent at breakfast and with friends.

There wasn't any shower cap in the toiletries provided (which is odd for Marriott hotels) - good thing i remembered to bring my own.

Happy with my room overall; it was comfortable and spacious. I especially like that there was good water pressure in the shower without the pressure dropping or water temperature changing when someone flushed or used the tap (not necessarily the occupant in the same room)!

The hotel was very spacious, it didn’t feel cluttered at all. The rooms were big in size and all the amenities we needed were there for our comfort. Beautiful buffet breakfast and the staff always treated us warmly. All the attractions were close by of walking distant. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location as it isn’t near to the main shopping area. You need a car to access to the town as it isn’t within walking distance.

The property is very new and very clean. Facility is standard but enough to keep ourselves occupied. Internet speed was very fast and stable.

It's refreshing to see a hotel in Malaysia being well maintained and the standard of the facilities isn't diminished over time. The staff were always attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was also quite central. The pool and gym were also great. Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing that was disappointing was the thin and soft pillows.

1) Buffet breakfast...great value of money, full of flavor, nice and quality of food. The best is nasi lemak. 2) Rooms... well equipped and comfortable.

Needed to catch transport to go anywhere. A courtesy bus might be a good service to offer..
