I can't pin anything that I don't like

It has a beautiful view especially at the 29th floor. The hotel is absolutely clean. The food is simply fabulous. I just love the seafood buffet. Such a spread good enough for an Emperor. The service is superb. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly & definitely pleasant. I have no problem with parking & the car is well protected. I love the executive lounge. It has all that I want plus the view, serenity, and peace of mind. The facilities are great too. Strongly recommended for everyone.

Complete Amenities, Sunset right in front our window. well maintained facilities, sauna, jacuzzi & swimming pool. Super efficient service too! Got my room by 11am as I arrived a bit too early at 9am. Fantastic buffet spread.

Coffee was horrible, the parking entrance and exit were all in a single lane, some of the switches in the room weren't working. Take the higher floors if possible.

Amazing service from the staffs, the welcome cookie was nice and warming. Location to CIQ is 5 mins walk away not the nearest but it also meant that the hotel was away from the noisy main city streets.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and hospitality of this hotel, right from the reception, who remembered my name, and asked me how I was every day ( I wished I remembered his name), to the house-keeping. I had booked the King Room with Executive Lounge access, the pre-dinner cocktail hour was good, and it is a nice lounge to chill, enjoy from view if I did not want to go out into the hot and humid outdoors. A staff (Ariff, I think) at the lounge noticed I was walking around with a cane, trying to get a cup of coffee, came up to me and helped me take my cup of coffee to the table, and said I could just call him if I had needed any help getting anything. I thought that was so thoughtful. The breakfast spread, I would recommend, if it is your first day, and you want to try Malaysian food, go to the Makan Kitchen instead of the Executive Lounge. There is a bigger spread and everything was tasty. I was really sad to leave the hotel, I had tried to extend for another night, unfortunately I could not due to work commitments. This is the first hotel in many years where I felt that way. Definite A plus plus.

Not hotel’s fault at all. If walking to the shopping malls, need to be extra careful, especially for elderly or young kids. Better yet, just drive or book a grab.

Love the top notch service! Surprised my son for his bday with a cake towel, handwritten bday card, balloons, petals and a slice of cake. Best part is I didn’t request for that extra service and we booked on short notice like an hour beforehand. The welcome choc chip cookie is amazing and delicious! Breakfast was amazing. Extensive spread with waffles, pancakes, egg station, pastries, ice cream, prata, cheese section, teh tarik and many many more. There’s a pillow menu. And lastly, my mom fainted and fell face down and fractured her cheekbone on the way back to the hotel ( not the hotel itself) and I asked for ice via room service. They delivered a bucket of ice and also napkins in a jiffy. The room service even called me that night itself and the next morning to check on my mom. Great job all around! We will be back!

Check in could hv been more efficient and quicker considering we were the only guests checking in at that time. The paper work to print etc was rather long.

The service provided by the hotel staff was one of the best service I have ever experienced. They graciously changed my twin bed room to a king room because I had requested for the twin beds to be joined but couldn’t due to a desk in between. As my husband and I were travelling with a two-month old, we had many things that we were carrying with us in addition to our luggage, so a hotel staff stepped in immediately to help bring our luggage all the way up to our room with us. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and welcoming too. These were a couple of good services that we experienced and as new parents, we really appreciate it. Kudos to the staff at Double Tree by Hilton!

parking bays are not easily available. So, if you go out exploring JB town and come back later at night, you may struggle to find an available bay.

Room - cleanliness, bedsheets, toilet, and carpet were perfectly cleaned. Room - in room complimentary drinks were replaced with glass bottles hence Doubletree Hilton has improved on recycle, green earth and sustainability promotion. Breakfast - A variety of food selections, including Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Malay breakfasts are available. Awesome and tasty.

Nothing! Perhaps not the hotel. But the area is quiet without eateries in sight in the early morning.

We were surprised with a piece of Choco chip cookie during check-in for each of my family member. It was next to a Catholic Church for our Sunday Mass obligation. The gym was well equipped. My boys managed to pumped some muscles before going to bed.
