Location was good central to the main station. Room was not good, insects crawling around until we killed them all, the room needs a good overhaul I.d all around the sink, shower etc needs painting and refilling it looks dirtier than it probably was. Breakfast was good.

United KingdomI would imagine this hotel was nice 20 years ago, it's very outdated and not comfortable at all, stains all around the place and it was in need of deep clean and any type of modernization or just add some fresh paint so it looks fresh regardless of building age.
The hotel location is very good and convenient close to the station and great for commuting and a lot of food options within walking distance. Easy and quick check in process so no issues there. Price was fair but you get what you pay for

MalaysiaThe first room i checked in was dirty, and there were so many bed bugs, and the lamp was on off itself, where it made the room quite scary. The air conditioning was not functioning. Next they changed me to 2nd room also same condition with the first room. Lastly, they give me family suites and all ok but still have cockroaches and the staff give me spray, and everything was good.
The security guard from Bangladesh/Nepal was kind of helping me for the check-in process while it was supposed the staff hotel job to assist me
