You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe automatic door opening was too complex. The Room was cousy but a bit cold and there was not extra blanket or something. If we are doing the reservation with booking i don't see the point of paying a deposit in the facilities.
The Hotel is nice with great location in Rotterdam Centre. Clean and very well decorated. The Staff was very helpful when i contact them about loosing my OV.

GermanyThe stairs down were very narrow, would recommend using the elevator if you have luggage. The downstairs doubled up as a storage room, there were cleaning trolleys and lying bags of unwashed bedding in the corridor. There is no fridge in the room, only a small one in the reception room which was not so convenient. In the shower the glass didn't cover the whole shower area strangely, the water ran into the sink and toilet so the floor was always wet. There were no slippers so you better bring your own.
Very nice room we had on the firstfloor underground. There was a surprise bathtub right when we just stepped into the room. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains were very good. The location is close by many good restaurants, supermarket and only 15-20 mins away from the market hall. During the State of Trance event, is a nice stay for the money.

Situated in an old house, the hotel and its facilities are quite modern. Since technology still needs a real human touch the staff member present helped us efficiently and friendly.

It was comfortable and checking in and out hassle free. The free coffee was welcome. The room was simply furnished and had a bit of a youth hostel feel to it. The rooms were also a little cold for this time of the year, and I could not find the climate control. It is a little expensive for what one gets.
