Prices of the room and the breakfast (19.50 eur) are in my opinion overrated. No orange juice for ex. (only powder mixed with water from the machine), with not much choice for the breakfast. Rather small and not most comfortable room.

The lighting in the room was a bit low.

The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was consistently good, I just wish there was a bit more variety.

I didn’t actually like a lot. It’s in a weird location, and there was no parking available when I arrived. You have to go up in an elevator to reception, just go back down again on ground floor… I found that super awkward. No one came to see me at breakfast, and there’s hardly any food in the buffet

We had a really comfortable stay at Leonardo. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was really appreciated after a long journey. The staff were great and supplied vegan breakfast upon request.

Wifi was very bad (almost non-existent), you have to pay for room service (first time I see this in my life), and some staff were very nice and friendly and other staff were very rude

Someone tried (and could!) to open our door at 1 am for around 20 minutes! First someone tried and couldn't and later, probably someone from the reception come with the key and opened! Luckily I closed the door with lock and they figured out was a wrong room, but was not a nice experience at all! We went for relaxing and I finishing having a bad night because of that. After writing a mail I only received a: "sorry for that, is not going to happen again", but I never knew why that happens because was of course a mistake with the other persons.

We missed more dishes on the menue without fish or meat.

Quiet room with garden view, tea and coffee in the room - very nice. Also, we were allowed to put our bicycles in the Parking facility. Nice Restaurant.

Excellent buffet breakfast, nice room. Very easy to reach via bus from the city center. Staff very nice and professional.

We had a very spacious room with a nice large tub in the bathroom perfect for a toddler to have a little fun before sleeping. Great parking facilities!

They put us in a room with unbearable noise coming from air conditioning system. Is management fault of course, but nice guys at the reception have to deal with all bad reactions of unsatisfied guests… for me the noise was really unbearable.

The room was big and bed comfortable. We had a room on the ground floor with view toward a nice garden.

The hotel is not very central so we needed to use the car. Also there are a lot of road works at the moment so it was not easy to find the way to the hotel.

Nice clean modern room. Great bar with outside balcony and cosy seating areas. Friendly staff.

Shower glass window too small, water was flowing onto the floor during showering. It created a small lake after a few minutes. It would be nice if the breakfast dish would include egg cups and tea spoons.

A lot of small things were off: the cleaning crew left their supplies in our room they only gave us one set of towels even though we were two people staying in the room we paid for a room upgrade but the refrigerator was not working and it took 3 days to get it fixed the cups we had in the room at the coffee station were very dirty the crew (possibly the ones who fixed the fridge) took our second hotel entrance card - it was placed in the light switch thingy small parking spaces (it’s okay for small city cars)

Parking used to be possible on the street. Due to road works I don't recommend that. The hotel parking garage is an OK deal.

The room is great, location (for us) was good too, we are returning customers.
