The location is superb! Just 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal and even closer to the center of night life. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpfull. The beds are comfy and the accomodation is very clean and tastefuly decorated.

It had all we needed, comfortable bed, well located to get to all the main attractions. The hosts were excellent, happy to help at all hours and gave us some excellent recommendations

Only slight negative was being in room 1 means you are near the main door, so hear people coming and going.

Great location, very helpful with sending us recommendations of where to eat and what to see and do. Also let us keep our bags with them until we had to leave for our evening flight.

As mentioned in previous reviews the basement apartment is very dark with only a small amount of natural light.

The room is quite big and perfectly clean. The location is very close to red light street. Despite this, the environment is very quite even in Saturday nights. You can walk easily to public transportation and the location is very close to Amsterdam central station. It is not a hotel. It is mostly like an apart hotel. There are all facilities like coffee machine, hair dryer and others… in the room

It is a tiny hotel located right in the city center. The room was nice, with a comfy bed and a bathroom. The windows faced the channel. Everything was clean. The hosts do their job well and go the extra mile to satisfy their guests.

It was really close to all of the attractions. The room was really lovely and the bed was comfy. We arrived quite late but the hosts were happy enough to show us our room! The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. They gave us some really good recommendations for things to do and eat. Really attentive and would 100% stay again!

There is nothing we didn’t like about this property.

The room was very good, clean and tidy and has a nice decoration. It had everything we needed for a short stay, bed and sheets were comfortable. Although there is no reception, Ronald was there to welcome us when we arrived and they were always available to help in the chat. The location is just perfect - close to the center but not noisy at all. We absolutely loved it!

Wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple. The location is central close to all places of interest. Host always available, very kind and helpful. He welcomed us at the premises, gave us tips about places to visit, where to eat & drink. Highly recommended for a city break in Amsterdam

You can hear people coming and going from our room at the front of the building, but it wasn’t a big deal to us as it was mostly through the day time.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to transport and local attractions. Nice, clean room with a great fridge/freezer. Best part was David the host who was happy to share local knowledge and recommendations for attractions and dining. We learnt a lot about the architecture of Amsterdam from him, which loved listening to.

The location is excellent , only a few minutes from all shops. The apartment was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. And having your own key to the entrance of the alley feels very safe. Very practical for smokers as you don't have to climb down and up stairs for a smoke. Just one step and you are outside.

Service was excellent, room was very good, and location was superb. David was very communicative and easy to work with if we needed anything. The room was very nice for the price. By far the best part about this place was the location though. 5 minute walk from a beautiful market square with lots of places to eat and drink, 7 minute walk from Central Station, and a 5 minute walk to the red light. It felt like we were right in the middle of everything and at the same time the room was off in a quiet side street. We still had our own nice quiet spot away from everything. If we ever go back we will try to stay here again.
