Staff at reception were brusque and indifferent to the point of surliness, and there were long waits before anyone dealt with us whenever we tried to speak to them. ( a minor irritation was an offer of a 'free drink' from the hotel group if I signed up to their newsletter, but email sending me the voucher arrived late at night and was not of any use the next morning.)

Decent location near the Airborne bridge and (of course) the Bastion gate. Comfortable and very spacious room.

I did get woken up a few times by loud noises in the hallway in the early morning but what I assume to be the staff.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was huge! And very comfortable. I loved that there was a little fridge available, and some coffee/tea. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice. Great stay, even if it was just one night.

The payment method is a huge disaster. Why not a simple guarantee via booking.com like every other hotel. Will think twice b4 booking again.

The shower drain was full of hair and the floor was sticky and dirty. The bathroom is very modern. It’s a shame that they sacrificed practicality for the design.

When we arrived, the staff opened the garage, instructed us to get in and left but there was actually no more place to park, it is a very small parking garage, so the staff could have seen and notifed us and more importantly directed us to the next parking garage, which the staff failed to do. The bed is extremely soft, thus uncomfortable and well, it impacts your sleep quality.

Good location, big rooms, clean, very quiet location. Checkin and out very efficient.

My spouse and I were in one floor and my children were on another floor. It wasn't great because it was floors apart, but it was too late and we needed to just turn in. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. When I booked the room on booking.com, I was not aware that we were to pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I previously paid for the rooms, but they could not find it in the system. Thankfully, I took pictures of the credit card statement and receipt saying I paid for them.

I liked how our rooms were very spacious and clean.

Front desk people are nice but not too friendly either. Gym is basically small room with a treadmill, a bike and a elliptical.

Location is good, close to a lot of restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Beds are ok, once I had one where you could feel fuzz from the matraress through the sheets.

Safe didn't work and there were holes in the curtain nets which spoilt the tidy look of the room. The access to the underground car park is ridiculously tight, if you're driving anything bigger than a Ford Focus.

The hotel was situated in a great location. The reception staff were pleasant and really helpful. The reception and bar area was clean and a nice place to be. Loved the room it was a great size, nice bed and bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen area had coffee maker and the room had a fridge everything you need.

I have been here a couple of times in the past and it seems like every time the level of cleaning is even worse than the last time. Bed linen was full of different types of hair, floor was very dusty and dirty and bathroom also had a lot of hair on the floor, in the shower and even on the walls. Despite the great location, next time I will book another accommodation because of low hygiene standard in this hotel.

Location is perfect, close to all amenities. Room is quite large and has enough space for luggage, relaxing and working.

The only thing i did not like was the fact that is not possible to open the windows in the room…no fresh air and there was no ventilation in my bathroom which is not ok because after using the toilet the smell persists.

Really good breakfast with a lot of choices Good location Amazing staff always friendly and cordial,helpful with every information that i needed. parking with video surveillance which made me feel safe not worrying about forgetting something in the car. Espresso machine in the room I strongly recommend this hotel
