The staff went out of their way to help us, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and the space was just what we needed, we also loved how centrally located the hotel was.

Airconditioning helped to make it cooler but couldn't bring the temperature below 22° when it was half-cloudy and +-20° outside. For a hot day, this airco is not strong enough.

Junior suite was really lovely, very comfortable bed, bathroom very spacious and well appointed. Extra beds for children fitted in well and were also really comfortable. Hotel staff assisted very well when our travel plans were delayed by an EasyJet flight cancellation, and made the late check in very easy. The staff were also really helpful with restaurant recommendations locally. The hotel is in a great location, on one of the main shopping streets in Den Haag. Great for walking around the city, although watch out for bikes. Great cycling café across the road.

We left our luggage in the hotel on the following day leaving. However, staff had left earlier than they told us they would leave, and we could not access our luggage when leaving the city. Be very specific with this and make sure that it wont happen to you

Rooms was nice and cozy, nice Alice in the wonderland themed names of the rooms, there was a beautiful bathtub in the spacious bathroom. Big and comfy bed.

2 long sets of VERY steep stairs! Quite dangerous to climb. Thankfully we only stayed one night so only had carry-on luggage. The staff took up our small bags. Patio was a bit sad with dead plants and weeds. Such a shame as it could be such a lovely area.

Quaint hotel. We had the patio room which is on the 3rd floor. The decor was interesting and homey. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Superb location within easy walking of everything. Beds were comfortable and room was large.

The windows in my room (12) would not open, and there was no ventilation (in spite of a switch marked ventilation (?) , and it was incredibly warm in the room. The staff promised to address this so hopefully no longer an issue

This time we had room #3 Patio - a very cute room that involves a lot of steep stairs to reach making access difficult. unfortunately housekeeping never made up our room on Sunday.
