The building is a bit old.

Location, very close to the airport and free airport shuttle. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

The sheets could have been more clean as i noticed several stains from previews use and the hotel could have provided more pillows as mine was very thin.

The staff was so polite and helpful , the hotel is very close to the airport (10min away with the shuttle bus) and the room i booked was okay for 4 people.

The beds were extremely soft and there was no attention to detail in the making of the bed.

Chose this for shuttle to airport & turns out morning shuttles started to late & I had to catch taxi anyway. Could have stayed somewhere better with shuttle for extra cost the taxi landed up costing

Bathroom door didn't shut properly. Couldn't adjust temperature.

Functional and clean room close to the airport for an early morning flight. Appreciate the shuttle service to the airport but wish it started earlier though (6am is not very early, for lots of early flights).

It was cold and rainy days in Amsterdam (6 degrees outside) and the room window was leaking the cold air inside. Even with the heater on I could not get the room temperature above 18 degrees and I returned with a cold after 2 days at this hotel!

On two mornings some of the breakfast trays were empty and remained so for the 15 mins I was there. There was nobody to point this out to and being on a business trip I didn't have the time anyway. The cost of breakfast is reasonable for an airport hotel but not if some of it isn't available. Two of the evenings I asked for chips instead of what was on the menu to come with the steak but it came as the menu said in spite of the request; also a beer ordered never came though it was deducted off the bill. Overall the hotel is good but these little details are irritating, especially as they are part of a basic service one should expect.

Dinner in the adjacent hotel was very good. Access to the hotel was fairly easy even with nearby road construction Staff were very helpful and pleasant!

The room heater doesn’t work on our last night there, but when we tried call the reception the telphone busy all the time, so we feel cold during the night. Also the house keeper didn’t clean the room properly as a 4 stars hotel. They keep the glass dirty, they were not provide bath-math while the shower floor is slippery, it is dangerous !!

I had to ask for a kettle as there is only a coffee machine in the rooms. The first kettle blew the electrical circuit in the room, the second worked ok but the element was rusty! I didn't check, but it felt like the mattress was heavily pilled under the top sheet, although the bed was comfortable.

The hotel shuttle bus is a real bonus when you arrive late and are tired. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, warm and quiet and had one of the largest shower rooms I've ever seen!

Under the bed was dirty and behind one of the side table. And there was a opening under the door which I could hear all the noise from outside.
