We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Netherlandsthe TV was very small and not facing the right direction to be seen from the bed. That is, however, a nitpicking issue and the overall satisfaction with the room was very high.
The location was very nice, within a few minutes you walk straight into Maastricht. The automatic check in system is also very futuristic and usefull, except when your phone has no battery left but then there is an option to call for help on the door so also that problem is foreseen with a solution.

GermanyThe hotel and everything in it is very old and anchient. Ground floor room was very noisy. Terrible noise cancellation. Zero privacy. Two separate bathrooms (shower and toilet) very inconvenient. The bathroom was also freezing cold. No physical hotel key. If you didn’t have a good internet connection was not possible to open the doors. You never see anyone from the staff around, even the check-in is completely self-service. We felt completely unattended. There was also a push for us to acquire the hotel breakfast (two contacts in different ocasions). We had a “do not disturbe” sign on the door, but still the staff ignored it twice and entered the room/knocked on the door.

GermanyCheck in was a nightmare. The room wasn't completely clean - an empty shopping bag from the previous guest was still present. The shower smelled awful and really lacked any kind of power. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.
Great location. Room was nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Lovely patio. Nice breakfast. Check out was swift.

Location is perfect, super central. The bed was comfortable and there were nice smelling bath salts and oils left to use. Warm and cozy vibe with lots of things to do in the neighbourhood. Petfriendly!

Location is perfect. In a few seconds you reach the main square with lots of bars and restaurants and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff is also very nice and made us feel very welcomed.

AustraliaOnline check in and key on mobile. Whilst in principle it's a good idea; there's too much chance of mobiles not being charged after spending a day in maastricht. Must be in a reasonable fitness condition and have good mobility to walk up and down the fourth floor by stairs.
We had a spacious bed and bathroom with a bath. Very authentic and romantic ambience.
