We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe breakfast was nice, but it should have more plant and plant-based options (a plus for the soy milk). Otherwise than that it was perfect.
The staff is nice. Plus you have gym in the hotel price, which I used and the gym is huge. The hotel is also very big. Everything was clean, the rooms are also spacy. It was definitely a pleasant stay and I would return with pleasure.

Czech RepublicBreakfast was very good. Also, the option to purchase "buffet dinners" was great as some of our group had dietary restrictions. The location of the hotel was close to the race track and it was within walking distance to town as well. We were very pleased with the pool at the hotel.

And the cafetaria smells so much of meat and non vegetarian. have been to multiple resorts and hotels where they serve non vegetarian but it does not smell. if they use some ventilators or air cons to remove the smell, every one can enjoy food

We are bikers who often travel to Assen for motorcycle racing. Usually, I don't book in time to get an Assen hotel. I'm so glad I managed to get the Hotel De Bonte Wever this year. Clean and exceptionally well-equipped, and very competitively priced. Buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing, well cooked with so much to choose from. It is a large complex, with gyms and even a disco...... The Assen track is a short ten-minute ride away, and the walk to the town is about fifteen to twenty minutes. The hotel is accessed via a security barrier so safe secure parking for bikes is a welcome sight when you arrive. For an event at Assen, it couldn't be better, and I can imagine for a family, it would also be ideal, especially for the informal eating arrangements.

NetherlandsThe shower head is very small (water saving one) The layout in the hotel is extreme confusing so finding you hotelroom on the second floor. Finally I did miss some simple vending machines in the hotel.
The breakfast was good, but nothing special. Also the hotel room was clean for the most, except the ceiling light was extreme dusty. The room has a controllable heating. Of course there is huge selection of things to do in the hotel itself.

United KingdomSome of the staff were not very helpful,as we were told two different things by two members of staff.The outside bar area could do with cleaning more often as the tables were very sticky & not wiped down very often,or glasses cleared.The only bad thing about the room was that there was no fridge & i would expect this from a 4 star hotel
The location was excellent as we went for the moto gp,30 minutes walk to the track & 20 minutes walk to the town centre.The rooms were comfortable & clean.The food in the buffet restaurant was very good aswell
