Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room was very small and we don’t have a fridge in there.
The location was good almost in the center of Lisse and close to Kekeuhof Garden what was good for us

Shower was tight quarters; 2-8 pm arrival times may be too tight a window for some; a more cultural difference, many places only accepted cc. So, I brought too much cash in euros.
Did not try breakfast. Only 10-15 min walk to Keukenhof. My bed was narrow but very comfortable. Close to Mall with lots of restaurant and grocery store options; bus 361 from airport to Lisse Centrum (closest stop to Hotel) was convenient, but can only pay with cc.

The pillows were awful. We had them changed but still not good. The kitchen needs a toaster, a microwave oven, a corkscrew, wine glasses and a cafetière
The bed was extremely comfortable and big! The room was very light.

The breakfast buffet was nice; we had plenty of options to eat and drink to start a day. Location was excellent: close to the Keukenhof gardens, close to the centre of Lisse and a bus stop to Schiphol airport. Beds were comfortable, we had clean towels every day, and we even had tea and instant coffee for each day. Staff was welcoming and helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back.

Nothing, it was fab.
It was a lovely convenient hotel for my trip to the tulip fields. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for local restaurants and flower attractions.

Stairs were very steep but that was expected. The room was rather small for three people but it was adequate.

No lifts. Dragging our heavy luggage up the second floor

The location is ideal if you are planning to visit Keukenhof, a 10 minute walk. Very nice restaurants close by.

The rooms were quite small, and the cost very high. B&B for 2 X rooms (2 couples) was 450 euros for 1 X night.

Is Dutch hospitality an oximoran? As the twin room looked very pokey, we paid for an upgrade to a suite. Instead of a warm welcome or giving any helpful information about the area, we were duly warned that using the cooker or washer in the little kitchenette would incur an extra charge. ( theres no cookware, id be afraid to ask ! ) The bathroom and main bedroom were up a steep stairs making it difficult for a family member with mobility issues down on the sofa bed ( a tricky one which you are told to make up yourself ) to freely access. It’s sterile and soulless yet spacious with a comfortable bed . It’s over a 2km walk to the Kukenhoff if that’s what you are there for…..where they also charge extra for honey in your tea and cream on your cake. A Dutch hospitality trait that if you want to enjoy yourself you’ll have to ignore, accept … or go someplace else.

Cramped room, thin walls, dark hotel interior, no plugs/electrical outlets on either side of the bed, toilet tissue sheets instead of toilet paper rolls.
Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff, 2 suitcase stands in the room, close location to the Keukenhof, restaurants, shops bars right outside the door, friendly locals.
