The airconditioning isn’t adjustable after 18:00. At midnight our room was sweltering as we also didn’t have a window we could open. At midnight I had to leave my son in the room and go to reception to ask them to adjust the room temperature for us. The man at reception was very helpful and did so immediately but because of this we didn’t sleep till nearly 1 am.

The hotel was very clean, great location, the staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable and it wasn’t too loud inside.

Perfect location to the beach, with a small grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient transportation to the central through tram.

The room is very small. It's okay for 1-2 nights when you spend most of your time sightseeing but I wouldn't stay a full week there. Despite the room being very clean, the lack of space is not very inviting.

The location is perfect. Right next to the ocean, to the promenade, and to the tram to get into Den Haag. The room was quite small, but as to be expected at this price. The pictures are accurate. Everything was very clean and the personnel was very very nice. Great value for money if you're looking to spend 1-2 nights close to Den Haag.

There was no minibar/refrigerator, there was only a mini table with one chair in a room for 4. The room was pretty small. The parking place was a bit far. They expect 5Eu/luggage if you arrive before check-in or you want to leave after check-out.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice view to street (big windows). Good quality blinds.

A little bit noisy from within

-small room with only a bed and very small desk -no door on the bathroom -no washcloths -no bar soap -no hair conditioner -no lotion -walls are thin and the plumbing is noisy -only 1 pillow per person -windows do not open -the thermostat turns off which is fine, but then automatically switches to AC, even in the winter -checkout is an hour before most hotels and we were not told about breakfast -there is plastic around the smoke detector?

-mattresses are comfy -apparently only dogs under 60cm are allowed; front desk man made an exception -shower water was hot -thermostat works fast to change temp -close to the beach and boulevard

The pillows are terrible, and apparently they are all the same in the entire hotel. Doubling the pillow was too tall, and flat was too low, with lumps everywhere. The central air system is awful. It turns on the A/C in the middle of the night, even in the winter when it’s freezing outside. After 3 nights fighting the constant hot/cold I got sick, which completely damaged my trip. The walls are too thin, you can hear everything happening in the hallway, in the rooms next to you and above. For 2/3 of our nights there was constant loud music at 3am. I slept really badly during my stay here. I liked the price and location, but your sleep is a high price to pay for the other features.

The price during the winter, and the location were great. The staff was all super friendly and responsive, always at the desk ready to help.

The distance from the city centre may not be what some are looking for. The room is so average I hardly remember it.

Amazing location, just a few minutes away from the beach and all the great attractions along it. It’s a 20 minute tram ride back to the main city centre but we came for the beach so that was fine. The room itself is nice enough with no major complaints.

There was a problem with air conditioning and they have changed our room. The staff always greeted. The location is super - close to the bus, tram stops, McDonald's, KFC, beach

Kettle would be nice addition to the room. Room is not big, but it is fine. Cleanliness was okay, but the room gets pretty dusty considering the weather. And there's no regular cleaning service.

The staff was super helpful. They answered all the questions and helped when needed.
