Quite small room, but just for 1 night is perfect. During the night it can be a little bit noisy, as there is a lot of bars in the same street.

Location was great! We were in the middle of the town, great atmosphere and nightlife.

The noise! The hotel is situated in a neighbourhood known for its restaurants and bars, but it was incredibly noisy until well after 2am, and we were there on a Monday and Tuesday night! It was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but the constant, very strong smell of marijuana in the lift and lift area, particularly was headache inducing. The cleaning staff person was rude and grumpy when we said hello and wished her a good morning. The bedroom area is very small and it is difficult to move past the TV to get to the other side of the bed.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. They kindly allowed us early check-in just after 1pm as our room was ready. (We had arranged luggage storage but were happily surprised by this.) The reception staff were lovely and friendly.

Just tiny things that won’t matter to some but did to us… the light was very very bad. Kinda hard to get ready in as very dark. No big mirror on back of main door which woulda been good for an outfit check. Room was kinda tiny

The welcome at the reception was far from friendly. I mainly received a list of all the things that are not allowed (no smoking, no drugs, no extra people, no parties, etc etc.). However, it seems that this did not apply to everyone because there was a group of young men who kept speaking loudly in the corridors and slamming doors on their way in and out. The hotel is in a central spot of the city - its surrounded with many cafes/restaurants and it was very loud outside/noisy.

The room was nice and clean. Nice colours and has a nice big window. Location is central. You get ear plugs for the noise.

Hardly any space to store clothes (a couple of clothes hangers and a few wall hangers). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although you could ask at reception. No bottled water.

The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and had nice toiletries (hand wash, shampoo, body wash). Staff were very helpful and spoke English well. We could store our luggage on the day we checked out, until it was time to go for our train. The location is brilliant - 15 minute walk from the train station. It is on a very lively, trendy street full of bars and restaurants. Check out time of 11am was helpful.

the ask for a deposit of 100€, that it's transfered back to you within a couple of days, not instantly... and I did not like that.

Minor things: Extremely slow funny elevator , which we used only once (easier to go by foot). Dirty / wet diluted patterns on the wall in the sleeping room. Useless online check-in procedure (not required).

In general staying was good. Welcoming personal, nice room, especially bathroom. View from window and silence are also advantages.

Combined ventilation from the coffee shop below brings heavy smell all the way upstairs. Some of the linen was pretty worn out.

The sink in the room instead of in the bathroom. Steep stairs and the lift is really dodgy. A couple came knocking on my door in the middle of the night, the alarm started ringing, they were drunk and clearly at the wrong door. The steps at the entrance will deter a few.

The location was great, the staff super kind. Storage for the bags appreciated.

The location is both a good and a bad thing; it's in an exciting and central area, however as a result it's VERY loud on the street because there are many pubs, clubs etc. Our room was facing the street so it was especially bad. The staff leave earplugs that are free to take at the reception, however they are not the best quality. I usually bring earplugs everywhere so it was not a problem for me, however my partner had a lot of trouble falling asleep due to the drunk people in the street, and was then woken up again early in the morning by people/cars in the street. Our room was also very small, it wasn't a big issue for us as we were only there for one night and didn't spend a lot of time in the room, however if you wanted to spend a few days it is not very comfortable. There's nowhere to sit down except on your bed or on a very small stool. Another complaint I have is the check out time; it's 11am, most hotels I've stayed at is 12am.

Very good location if you want to be close to restaurants, bars etc. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very nice. Easy to get in and out of the hotel after hours.

The elevator was very slow and weird overall. The cleaning person changed our bedsheets and towels daily and we were not given an option to keep the old ones. There was slight noise from the roof and other rooms.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, modern, and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and others. The hotel and the room could be opened with your phone via a website.

There was unfortunately no smart tv. Besides that would be a coffee machine, kettle in the room great.

I liked the interior of the hotel and rooms. The interior of the room was colourful and modern. The receptionist was very kind and helped us with arranging the temperature in the room. We also picked up once, coffee for free next to the reception. The cardsystem with the link in the mailbox to open the hotelroom was awesome.

The towels were clean but a bit frayed, and the pillows were very thick and hard which I didn't like. In addition, my room was on the first floor and the glass was not one way or iced, there were no thin curtains, only the heavy blackouts, so I felt like I had to keep the windows covered at all times otherwise people from the street could just stare in. I missed the natural light because of that.

The bathroom was very spacious and cozy, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. They even offered ear plugs against the noise, since the hotel is right in the city center on a busy street

Window in street facing room does not open at all. It would be nice to have a supply of fresh air. Some facilities could be improved - toiletries in rooms ,coffee/tea making facilities (only on reception level)

Rooms are modern and clean. Location is very convenient, although the vibrant street life may be noisy
