It was unfortunate that the elevator was broken, especially because I was staying on the 4th floor. Also the tv did not work properly.

I pay for one big room with balcon and one mattress for two people, and want to give me a room without balcon and with two mattress how much my I was with my man. After I go and I said to change my room and give for the same money the small room what in booking it's was more cheap, but no problem, i know to don't come back!

The rooms was really small. Not even enough room to stand between the bed and the wall. On neither side. Ridiculous expensive for the broom closet you get.

Breakfast was pretty poor in what was offered, bacon was the crispiest I've ever tasted (not good), quallity of food at breakfast not as high as I would've expected for the price as well of course.....

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Personel was very attentive and nice to us (big shoutout to them!). Very well located and easily accessible in car by parking it at the students' dorms right across the river.

Problems with WIFI, quite unstable connection.

Good location of the hotel near train station and close to the down town. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Hotel is quite small and old but cosy. Breakfast is good.

Flexibility for the checking in. You can only check in from 15:00. If you go to Middelburg for a cycling trips around Zeeland, be aware of this since it my require additional planning and logistics.

The hotel is super close (less than a minute) from the train station Middelburg. From here you can get easily to the center and the surrounding areas.

Restaurant is a bit old, Room has big window that not so good isolated in Winter so we turned on heater then it's so hot but it's ok

It was actually a building site with a dysfunctional elevator, where they put me on the 4th floor. No joking. In the room all facilities there but outdated. Lock didn't work, so travel down again to get another on the 3rd floor. Not happy with it, and mentioning that if there was no better solution I have to find another hotel. Response was very disappointing, "you won't get your money back"..... ( Booked for 4 nights). This attitude was enough to walk away next morning. Never ever a Fletcher hotel again!!

But yesterday we made the reservation a little later, and a black woman by reception who didn't know anything about it, she gave me the last room on the last floor of the hotel, what bothered me was the fact that she was amused behind me of this. I have stayed twice in this hotel and in many other fletcher hotels, but in this hotel I have only seen girls gossiping instead of doing their work!

the admosphere in the hotel was quite gloomy, furniture worn out, elevator out of order, bathroom ok but kittlines between the tiles were stained, the sink was cracked, the windows could open but you were not able to fix them unfortunately the weather was poor

Arrogance of the manager during check-in. Elevator out of order seems to be normal. Room was a converted broom cupboard. State of furniture in restaurant was very bad.

Room extremely hot, no airco and no ventilator provided. Lift defect, 4 steep stairs up. Room small and 2 old towels and a basic koffie cup machine nothing else provided. For the €190,00 per night a ridiculous basic experience. I won't come back

The lift was down for quite some time and we had to carry our toddlers a very steep flight of stairs up and down. An old staircase can have its charm, but it is outright dangerous to handle a toddler. The next issue was the breakfast. It was not fresh.
