We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceI wish there was a minibar or at least a bottle of water in the room. Also there were zero amenities such as a shower cap, cotton buds, sanitary bags etc. So be prepared to bring this with you if needed.
The room was really spacious and super clean. It had tea and coffee amenities which was also nice. All in all, I'd call it as a pretty basic hotel experience, but I got everything that has been promised and it was all decent and exactly as described. And the location is perfect if you're aiming for the beach.

the location is perfect, the bed was really comfortable, and the man working at the front office was very kind. When I made the reservation I was afraid of the noise the trams and traffic might make, however I couldn’t hear anything in my room which was great.

We were very unlucky with our neighbours and couldn’t sleep during the night. You just hear everything what is happening there through this door. It was unpleasant experience for such money…

The breakfast was great. The room rate was not cheap compared with other hotels in Scheveningen but it seems the hotel gave us a room upgrade. The inside of hotel was modern and new, both the gust room and public areas such as lobby and restaurant.

United KingdomThe shower had poor drainage. If the floor had a slight incline towards the drain it would be excellent. Residue water from morning shower was still there 24 hours later. Coffee machine had no instructions. I wasted 6 pods before i was able to have a coffee. Also, i had to mop up all the water from coffee machine.
The plug for the sink would not close. When i used the sink for wet shaving i had to waste water by running the tap.
