The lighting in the room was very dark. and it would be nice ifthe doors of the bathroom and toilet opens a different way. It would be nice if they open with the door opening away from the bed.

The hotel presents itself as green, which actually wasn´t quite true. We didn´t want to waste the towels, so we put the sign for the cleaning ladies on the door handle, but when we came in the evening, there was a package with fresh laundry in front of the locked door. This repeated 3 times even if we asked the receptionist to tell the cleaning ladies and he promised to do so. By the time we left we had 4 sets of towels, which I consider a waste even if we didn´t use them.

The room was an average size with a lovely view of a lake and greenery. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was rich and tasty. The lounge had a wonderful Christmas atmosphere thanks to the decorations. A large car park is available in front of the hotel.

No secure car parking, had to park in an area 100m away from the hotel without even illumination. Dinner: Arriving at 10 pm, after the hotel restaurant had closed, the Reception staff were completely clueless about dining opportunities in the city centre. Fortunately, the taxi driver was able to deliver us to the Bronco Steakhouse.

Room was quiet, warm, and spotlessly clean, first rate shower, but no bath. Bed was comfortable, with super-soft mattress. Buffet breakfast was generally excellent, usual cold meats and cheeses, plus hot bacon and scrambled egg.

The room was very cold even when we put the heating on, location is beautiful but you need to have a car, with bad weather or some luggage the bus stop feels far away. We booked a comfort top room, unfortunately we did not get a view to the lake. Check in starts at 4pm which is too late specially when the check out is at 11 am

1) No idea why room service couldn't bring dinner to my room. The restaurant wasn't full, the reception wasn't busy, and the service staff wasn't over capacity 2) Rooms felt too stuffy/cramped (less of a space issue and more of an interior design problem 3) couldn't let down blinds 4) For the price, you should expect the hotel to have a bath and more basich hygene products placed in the bathroom. Perhaps, the hotel provides those on request but I'm used to have an information pamphlet placed on the table for that. 5) Free Wifi was unexcusably poor, even if you want to charge for a premium service, I've seen much better free wifis in countries with much worse broadband infrastructure. Its worse than the free wifi offered by the Deutsche Bahn

A Silly thing but having just one set of paper cups in the room made it difficult to make tea and coffee and cheapened the whole experience- surely a couple of china cups in the room would be easy .
