We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsI was notified that the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction. It didn’t bother me, except that the corridor near the door of my room was dirty and very dusty. It was very dusty in the room on furniture. The TV does not connect to channels or YouTube. There was little sugar for tea. I was disappointed with the bed, which consisted of two mattresses; they kept moving apart. And it would be great if they offered guests a robe and slippers.
Good location of the hotel. Easy to find the hotel. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Cozy room. I was very pleased to have a shower and bath!

United KingdomIt would have been good to have some bottled water in the room available. Also perhaps a small snack/biscuit in the room too. But there was nothing really not to like, the hotel is very good overall.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of a superb quality, varied and plentiful, very good value for money. The dinner was also very good, very fresh and well-cooked. The room, on the 16th floor, was also lovely.

United Kingdomthe bar was "closed" at 10 pm or so when we tried to get drinks (still several groups of people inside and others that arrived after us and staff available but not serving drinks). Nowhere else is accessible without buses or taxis. After an evening of wondering why the air-conditioning was working so hard (and loud) but still not warming the room we tried to sleep but were woken by a storm outside pouring water in through an open window that was hidden behind decorative shutters. We had to find furniture to stand on in order to stop the water flowing in. When mentioning this to the staff they looked at us like idiots as if "yeah of course the windows were open. What was the problem?". Also we mentioned a nut allergy when booking and arrived to find a welcoming note saying that they read in the booking details that we were celebrating so here's a packet of complimentary nuts on bed...
We were celebrating but didn't have much time so opted for a suite with a private sauna and jaccuzi etc which was a nice option to make the most of our stay (though it did come with some bizzare decoration to help people pretend they're somewhere other than Houten...)

a very nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was big, on 15 th floor. For breakfast there was a large choice. parking no problem, a possibility to load an e car right next to the hotel

EstoniaThe breakfast was bad. The cucumbers looked dry and old. Some of the tomatoes were bad with mold. There was no omelette, only boiled eggs. A very small poor selection. Breakfast does not match the type and level of the hotel, especially considering that everything at dinner was amazing.
The hotel looks a little bit old, but it is still very nice. Good restaurant for the dinner. Very friendly staff. View to the large city is very intriguing and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
