You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is great and the free airport shuttle is very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and the lobby has plenty of seating and areas to relax.

ThailandThe room size is small ...and I stay 3 person so it feel more small. The builiding is big and the reception tell us the wrong way to go to the room.
Its not far from the airport, plus there is a free shuttle bus which is run schedule on time. (but thats means when you want to go to the city you have to get on the free shuttle bus first then go to airport then get on the train to the city. (might feel abit waste time)

AustraliaI found this hotel quite pricey, especially as the bathroom wasn't clean. I stayed here twice within 10 days, in the same room and noticed that the shower and toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. As a former hotel cleaner, it gets quite tiresome to always point out that the bathrooms aren't cleaned properly.
Ibis is very convenient for airport travellers and the free shuttle service is excellent.

Czech RepublicThe reception is not able to handle the onslaught of guests arriving via their shuttle bus. Even with a long queue of guests, only one receptionist remains at the reception. In case you need an invoice, ask for the printout, otherwise you risk they won't send it via mail as they promised,

United KingdomRooms were really hot and the air-con was only in heating mode. If you opened the windows it was far too noisy so we didn't have a very good nights rest.
Very close to the airport and a convenient shuttle service too. Check in staff very friendly and the for an IBIS the hotel is well equipped (albeit the bar was closed for refurb). The breakfast is served from 4am which is ideal if you have an early flight and want to grab a coffee and a quick bite to eat before leaving. Pretty basic but ideal for an airport hotel.
