Although the see-view room are nice, its a little pity that there are glass decorations on the outside that 'limit' the view. In the room we couldn't find cups, so having a coffee in a glass is not as 'tasty'. Otherwise, we struggled to cool down the room, no explanations on how to use the aircon system were available in the room. Sometimes, it took a while for a lift to become available -> either full or some waiting time.

the organization of the breakfast in "time slots" I found a good solution to avoid a rush or queuing. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, tasty food... Also liked the fact that the restaurant spontaneously offered to finish the bottle of wine in the room if we were not to empty it at the dinner table. The staff was super friendly But what a view! those see view rooms are awesome.

1/2 hour wait to check in with only 2 other customer in front of us. Mostly due the inefficiency of the hotel system. Parking is 20€ per day, 300m away from the hotel.

Being so close to the sea was amazing along with the beach bars, sea views and den Hague is a stones throw away. Maduradam is a must visit

Room Service on top floors costs extra around 12€. If you need coffee or anything you have to go to the reception and request them and ensure they send it upstairs by calling them again. Used cups,glasses from guest's room needs to be collected by guest themselves and given at the bar downstairs and you can get new ones. This is something you need to get used too . Otherwise great location, clean & neat facilities. Food at the cafe was tasty.

Very long cue at check in. 20 minutes cue time is not OK. Elevator wait time at some times is too long (breakfast/check out time).

Very nice location. close to sea - ideal for walks to the sea-shore. Nice and clean rooms. Flexibility to change breakfast to brunch including people not staying at hotel is very well appreciated - thanks!

The jacuzzi in room its extremely loud when you are using bubbles. And for tea or coffee we had only espresso cups and paper cup which could be better and most of the hotels have also free water bottles here not.

The room had both of views-city and the sea which was perfect. Everything looked amazing also the swimming pool on the top.

Breakfast was good. However, didn't have many options of cheese, ham, or bread. was a little crowded. People walked everywhere. it could be good if they had some signal to people do queue in one direction to avoid accidents. One person jumped when I was taking a coffee instead of waiting.

The receptionist Helen was very welcomed, polite, and friendly, and made us feel really comfortable. Excellent service. Thank you very much Helen. Definitely, we will come back. Hotel very clean and modern, good swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Still a long walk/bus/tram away from Sky View The Pier and central beach front. Cable TV ,but Smart TV options could be nicer. Didn't see any aircon as shown via the room I booked Price for stay is not validated. Sea view not worth it/validated An open spa was a big factor when choosing accommodation although unable to use it next day as it was fully occupied before 11am with no mention of pre reservation. No check out extention option as provided by some other hotels Small restaurant and €100 additional deposit not previously shown/advertised with price Room can use more than 1 wooden spoon and stir for coffee. No creamer, milk tabs or normal coffee available. Only decaf Room could use plastic/wooden one-use utensils such as fork/spoon combo

Difficult to access; long walk with luggage from car park. unfortunately the 3 nights loud music from outisde, wind howling around windows and in bathroom ventilation, long waits at elevator, very croweded during breakfast

Unfortunately the windows of the room were sandblasted with a pattern, probably to avoid people accidentally walk through the glas. The pattern prevented a free view. On arrival it was stormy weather, and the wind made it difficult to reach the front door. The parking close to the door was closed, still wonder why.

We got what we asked for: a room with a view over the sea. Nicely furnished, clean and comfy. Close to the beach, lovely place to walk along the waterline or over the boulevard. There was plenty of parking space at 100 meters from the hotel entrance and the entrance could easily be reached by foot.
