I would fix the door of the shower. It doesn't close well and therefore water goes out. Other than that I am satisfied with my stay.

Restaurant a bit crowded during breakfast time, due to many guests attending an ongoing congress, perhaps could be improved with an alternate place for such cases.

It's a bit pricey for a standard hotel but otherwise a great choice to be close to town and train station.

The hotel is right near the train station and close to the town. The facilities are quite modern and the staff were friendly.

Everything in that hotel is good overall. The personnel are always very professional and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is perfect.

The entrance is not on the ground floor. You can go with lift or on stais..

We went there only for sleeping. The room was clean and very quiet. I like the view of the city from the huge window. There was an option to not have the cleaning during our stay, and we got a €5 voucher to spend in the bar, and also €10 when i sign up for free wifi. So for 3 days we got our morning coffees for free. The staff was really friendly at the reception. We didn't try the restaurant.

The breakfast repeats everyday, nearly nothing changes. The room is a bit cold in January.

Checked in late afternoon and asked for a taxi to be arranged for 08:30 the next morning but was told to do it in the morning. Did so and there were none available although the duty team did try really hard to find one, it caused an unnecessary delay, however my client was quite understanding so no harm done

Location is ideal and convenient for the railway station and local restaurant's, spectacular views from the rooms.

Entrance to hotel was not very user friendly...dark small area where main lift to hotel was situated.

only issue is the inconvenience of the staircase, which isn't necessarily the hotel's fault as it is simply the structure of the building, however there is a lift on the right side of the building if u have suitcases!

can't fault this hotel whatsoever. has a great breakfast buffet, extremely friendly staff, in the centre so train station and shops are walking distance, cleanliness is also great.

To make our stay a little better, larger bath towels would have been appreciated. The ones we had did the job.

Generally a really good hotel, well located with very good staff. The room was clean and comfortable with good sized rooms overlooking the station so we could walk from the train. And close to the centre for shopping. We sued public transport both trains and buses to get round the city and everything was nearby.

The housekeeping staff has been quite noisy, they knocked on my door even there was the "don't disturb" sign hanging on my door. When they were working on other rooms it was hard for me to ignore the noise.

The room and the bathroom were not so clean, The tissue of the chair and of the armchair was stained. The sealing of the shower door was broken. The handle of the bathroom door was dirty and not cleaned during my stay. My towels were changed every day although I left them hanging in good order to indicate It was not necessary.

Excellent position, close to the station and to the city center. Friendly, helpful staff Large, confortable room, quiet with good soundproofing.
