Our stay was exceptional. The communication was great, the host was very kind and helped us with everything. She showed us where to go and what to do. She asked if we have any special needs/request for the breakfast. The room was very cosy and clean. The bed was very comfy. The parking is right across the street and is free of charge.

Our room was the last one so not much pressure in the shower and the water wasn t very hot. Everything else was great.

It was cool in the hotel. At an outside temperature of +7C, the room felt no more than 15. You can have a hearty meal for breakfast, but there was no variety of choice.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is quite clean and quiet.

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable room, nicely decorated, and sparkling clean. The included breakfast was a really nice touch. But the best, the hosts. Martin and Bianca were complete stars. It began with the personal call we received days before check-in suggesting us to do our bookings because all restaurants and activities would be booked since it was Christmas weekend. They offered a host of helpful suggestions, had great flexibility around check-in and breakfast (time, allergies...), and the really nice chats that made us feel truly welcome. We will surely be back!

There was nothing to dislike during my stay. I expected the 10-15 minutes walk to (downhill) and from (uphill) the town to be a bit of a nuisance, but it ended up being surprisingly relaxing, at least for me.

Excellent property that suited my needs for a short stay in Valkenburg. Lovely, welcoming hosts that are a joy to chat with and very willing to help you find your way around town and with anything else that might arise. First place on my list should I revisit the town in the future.

Room for improvement: a mini fridge inside of the room will be a great addition.

The hotel managers were very helpful. They suggested couple of locations to visit. The common areas in the Hotel was nicely decorated. My room was facilitated with necessary items. There was a big garden with the hotel, which is perfect for chilling after a long dat. It was located near many green areas.

The hosts were excellent and really went out of their way to ensure our stay was successful. They advised on how to access local facilities and car parking. The hotel was clean , beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well supported by owners who spoke excellent English. Highly recommended.

While this property was clean and the staff friendly, there are a couple of points people need to be made aware of. If using a credit card that is a Visa they will try to pass along the business fee of 2.5 % to you which is above the agreed upon rate through Booking.com. Also, concerning the parking, it is parallel street parking across the street from the hotel that is on the dirt ground and not marked for hotel parking. Therefore, the public can park there and parking may be unavailable unless they register you to park elsewhere (using your license number) which is an inconvenience. Also, the heat in our room turned off automatically in the middle of the night twice, leaving a frigid room at 3 am. Lastly, please be aware that there are no hot items in the breakfast- only bread, yogurt, cheese and meats.

The walk from the station was slightly uphill so the walk to the hotel took us twice as long as expected as we are pensioners.

The breakfast was good, the garden was beautiful, the place was very clean and the hosts were exceptional and very nice. They were very accommodating and even let us know when our shuttle arrived early.

Nothing to complain about at all

Super cosy hotel with a great atmosphere. Closely located to the train station, and not far away from the city center. The personnel were always nice and gave us good advice about local sightseeing. The room was nice and clean. Parking is on the other side of the street opposite the hotel. During that time when we were staying in a hotel we always parked our car without any problems with empty space. Definitely will recommend this hotel for my friends 👍

I didn’t have anything that I didn’t like my stay!

It was a lovely and homey hotel to stay in Valkenburg! Our double room was small, but it didn’t bother us at all. the bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean. It takes about 10 mins to walk to town, but they have a free parking spot. Bianca and Martin go out of their ways to help us enjoy our stay during a partial lockdown. They allowed us to order food, use their plates and offered to clean them, plus give us a box to keep the leftover! They have drinks on site, so we got to have a nice glass of wine with the food that we got for delivery. When we were playing the game, Bianca offered us chocolate. How sweet! The breakfast was wonderful. I have a vegan diet, but it’s got bread, peanut butter, a few kind of fruits and soy yogurt. Coffee was also really good. I would absolutely recommend family and friends, and come back myself soon!

patio in the back was a nice surprise - we didn't make use of it except to store our bikes. This feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, very homey and personal!

We would have loved to stay longer, but we had to go home.

Despite the Covid limitations, the hosts made the stay a really pleasant one. We could use the restaurant to consume our ordered food. Breakfast was being served in a pleasant way as well. The hosts were really friendly, flexible and supportive.
