Great central location on a vibrant street full of cafes, bars, and street art. Everything was clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the common area where you can work, chill in a bar, or cook your own meals in the kitchen. There was always really good music playing in the bar/common area! The staff was nice and helpful (and with great music taste, judging the playlists ;) The WiFi signal was excellent and suitable for working. What is important to realize is that it is never quiet in this hostel, there is music in the bar downstairs and lots of people and other bars on the street. I was prepared for this and it didn't bother me but the street is not a good choice for light sleepers and/or those looking for peace and quiet :)

I was a bit confused about the fact, that the rooms had no doors on one floor. But in the end it wasn't a problem

My room (8 bed dorm) had 3 bunk beds and two single beds on a kind of an extra level with a personal window. I was lucky to get one of the single beds and really appreciated it

I don't have any real complains. Maybe I would say that it doesn't look very accessible for people in a wheelchair.

The hostel is located in the center of the nightlife and it's perfect if you want to be close to the bars and clubs. The hostel has a café/bar at the entrance which makes it very convenient.

My room did not have wifi as it was too far away from the router.

The location was directly in the center, could get much better :) the room was good, however the bed itself was uncomfortable. :( The kitchen was big enough for everyone to use.

The temperature outside is 10 degrees. The person who comes into the room opens the window as he wishes. I have a headache from the cold. I've been staying in your hostel for 10 days. You need to warn your customers. Your ventilation fan is already working. Why do you open the windows when the temperature outside is 10 degrees? One should not argue because of this issue. The management should not allow this. No need to open windows. Your staff is good and friendly. You need to find a solution to the window opening problem.

Sometimes it gets cold because the customers open the windows in the room. They made the storage cabinets in the form of a chest, but there should be a place where there are cameras.

They have excellent employees, everyone is trying to help. I can say that it is the cleanest hostel I have ever seen.

The beds were a little hard for our taste. Which was not a problem when going to bed, but when waking up a few of us had back pain.

Nice location, and good staff. We had a lot of fun and the facilities were nice and clean. The hostel put the whole group in the same room, which we really enjoyed. Everything was nicely explained and the staff was very helpsull.

the distance between bunk bed was a bit tight for getting to the individual's chest underneath the bed. Toilet facilties on the 3rd floor seems to be limited for men, it was something like one toilet and 3 showers. Also getting to the 3rd floor was a challenge for some people, particularly if you weren't young or if you have injuries that affects their mobility. I deliberately requested for a bottom bunk for I had hurt my knee around X'mas (4-5 weeks earlier), thankfully my injury had heal quite well, otherwise I could see staying in your premises, could be abit tricky, more than half of the beds were upper bunk or require the use of ladder (like in the loft), and there was no lift. Lastly, it was abit annoying the cafe on the ground floor, mainly serve drinks, no food unless it's pizza and it was in the evening. I think it would be have great if it could serve bakery products (not pre-packed) and or a small deli, serving sandwiches, toasties, etc.,.

Location was decent! Both Bed and room were ok. Staff were very friendly, on one occasion, staff were having a little party for themselves, with a small number of guests attending. I think this should be done more often, not sure how often it is done. In my opinion, this party is a great initiative for staffs to know their guests better and boost staff morale, this probably should be done once a week or once every 2 weeks. Could be useful for drinks promotion, or promote certain type of food, it would boost engagement between staffs and customers.
