There is not much space to move near the bed but thats fine. The sliding door in the shower is broken. But its okay, whats important os the heating for shower works :)

Door to an outdoor balcony broke screes coming out so room was absolutely freezing and didn't feel 100percent safe. Can be noisy but they provide earplugs. No kettle in room just coffee machine. Bed is two single beds pushed together so was a dip on outside of beds wasn't v comfortable to sleep.

Good location, near tram line..not a long walk to dam square. Plenty of places to eat and pubs around the corner. Nice and clean easy to check in and out

Extremely noisy. We could hear so much noise from outside throughout the night and one night, we were woken up to loads of rowdy, loud people INSIDE the hotel and they kept banging doors etc, it was very disturbing and we were quite scared at one point because we didn't know what was happening. It was quite tricky to find the hotel at first as we were arriving after the normal check-in in time, so this was quite a confusing process. The beds were very comfortable, however, we were very cold throughout the nights because the sheets were super thin. I had to wear double layers and still felt cold. Also, it said we were going to be charged an additional €18 upon arrival, yet we were charged €27. We could only find one power outlet, which also wasn't ideal.

Absolutely PERFECT location. Only a few minutes walk to the tram stop at Leidsplein. We only needed to use the one tram line for most of our trip as it went to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go! The hotel is in an amazing location, honestly! The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was so powerful and warm, which was lovely after spending a long day walking around in the cold!!! Staff were very readily available whenever we needed them and the storage room was a great added facility.

The room that I was expecting was not the same as in the photos, as we were 4 in one room with 3 different beds and a bathroom, in the room we only had 1 plug near the bed to charge our phones was a nightmare, and also did not like the fact that we only had a small mirror in the bathroom. no extra mirror in the actual room.

I liked how clean they kept our room and the staff was so nice and responsive!

Some street noise as there is a bar next door, they did provide earplugs though. Hotel rooms are spread across buildings on both sides of the street, so the hotel has a very disjointed feel to it.

Great location in Amsterdam close to everything and within easy reach of public transport options. The automatic check in worked well, and staff were very helpful, letting us check in early and then putting our bags in our room. The set-up for storing luggage on check-out was also easy to use and very handy. Room was clean, had good air-conditioning, and the bed was super comfortable. Considering Amsterdam prices and the location, it was value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

I had difficulty logging in at 23:30. Fortunately 2 young women sorted me out.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful when I lost my wallet. They played back a video of me logging in and confirmed that my wallet was present They helped me to get a meal, and phoned me when my wallet was found.
