We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ArubaIn the room there was a hand body wash shampoo combo, I would have preferred these to be separate. Especially when it comes to conditioner. They had nice products in the health club though!
I really enjoyed the personal touch at check in, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was really nice too. My favorite part for sure was the health club: the pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor area were so nice and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Netherlands- Shower leaked water all over the floor even though the door was firmly shut - The road outside was quite noisy with the window open. More than half the rooms do not face the road so I would book those next time - No staff at the spa - No food or snacks available out of hours - Powdered milk for the room coffee/tea, I would expect proper milk in a 4star hotel
+ Loved the spa because it had many different types of sauna including an outdoor barell sauna and a very effective steam room + Swimming pool was a good size and depth but lighting a bit dark + Hotel next to a beautiful big park and an easy bike ride for Den Haag centraal + Late checkin after festival at 3am was ok! + You can open the windows ( some modern hotels don't have this 'feature' :/ )

NetherlandsI had a very bad experience at the bar/restaurant if the hotel. I checked in late (around 21:30) and the restaurant had just closed. At the reception I was advised that an option could be to order some food from outside, so I did. I sat at one table of the bar / restaurant to eat the food I had ordered (sushi), and I ordered (and paid) some wine. The waitress told me very impolitely that I had to move away from the restaurants because it was not allowed, and she did bring back the glass of wine I had ordered and paid! I couldn’t believe that! The manager of the restaurant came right after and explained me the hotel policy in a polite way. Rude waitress , very unprofessional. This cannot fallen in a 4 stars hotel.
The hotel is fully renovated, room was spacious and comfortable and the Spa area is a plus. Comfortable bed and very clean room.

SwitzerlandThe open-air parking costs 25Euro per day. Apparently, the cost is the same for a garage day in the city center. The room furniture is not functional. For example, there was not a single drawer in the room. The wardrobes do not have shelves, but 2 coat hangers instead. The hotel spa is open for public. We encountered 5 families with small children in the pool. Not really a spa experience. Bathrobes are not offered/nonexistent.
The hotel is located at the heart of The Hague international zone. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on the park. The breakfast was great. Public transport is easily accessible.

United KingdomTo be picky. The price of the car park was a bit steep. However, it was comparable with the prices of other hotel car parks in the city. Our room had only one bed side table for some reason. Also, there was no table on the balcony. But this was rather a minor issue, considering that we ere staying there in November.
The hotel has a good location. The tram to the city centre stops nearby. We loved the complementary spa and gym. The staff were very friendly. We were allowed to check in early due to availability. The check out time is 12 o'clock, which is great. It gave us enough time to visit The Mauritshuis gallery on the check out day. The reception staff sells day tickets for public transport at no extra cost. We booked a superior double room. The room had a good size, a balcony with a view on the park, a coffee machine and a free safety deposit box. The beds were comfortable. The TV had multi-lingual channels.

NetherlandsThe check in took a long time and so did ordering drinks at the bar to receiving them. The breakfast buffet is on until 10:30 but already at 10am items had stopped being replenished, which isn’t right.
The lobby area is exceptional. Feels very welcoming and looks great visually.
