Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At check-in it did feel a bit like a business. The staff were efficient but more concerned with their computers than with us.
The location was the main attraction for us: just a 5-6 minute bus ride to Schiphol -- ideal if you have an early morning flight. Despite being so close to the airport, the place was remarkably quiet. The bed was comfortable and we felt rested when we arrived at Schiphol.

Perhaps a bit on the expensive site for such a small room

There was no bar in the hotel, just a fridge in the reception where they sold drinks and snacks. It would have been great to enjoy one of the famous Dutch beers on draft, rather than from a can.
I liked the location, the friendly staff, and the excellent soundproofing of the rooms. The hotel is located near the airport but I couldn't hear any planes throughout the night. The room was small but well designed and had everything I needed.

Lovely hotel, in ideal location near a bus stop and direct links to Schipol Airport. Friendly staff, and clean room. Not a spacious room, but we had booked a small double, and stayed two nights, so it was perfect. Road works outside didn't bother us once in, but need to be aware when walking to the bus stop. Will return.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would hope for a €200 room. The pillows on the bed were too soft for me (could be perfect for someone else). If there were other pillow options for guests who prefer firmer pillows, that would be great
The location was perfect for a short stay before a flight. The staff were all friendly and quite helpful with all questions I had.

Snacks downstairs are expensive and there is no food location except a Mac Donald. No supermarket in the vicinity as well

This location is a very good location & the front desk Employees were really really helpful. From the airport to the max hotel with 6 to 8 min from the bus . one-way ticket 1.71 to 1.99 euro.From hotel to the e MacDonald only 1 min distance. It's a really good hotel.

The room is way too small.the toilet and bathing area have only one door meaning,after defication, if you go for bath then the room will be filled with foul smell.there is no room freshener spray as well. there is no dedicated hair dryer,(but U can lease 1 for free from reception).
Location is good. U can take any bus (not gvb) to reach airport in 3-5 mins. There is one macdonald just 3 mins walk from hotel. Amsterdam being ultra expensive city for tourist,the price value ratio is manageable. there is no other grocery store around,but basic water,soft drinks, coffee,premade cold etc are kept in hotel and can be bought via reception

The room is small, which is okay except that there is not enough working space for laptop - especially if one uses a mouse. 20cm more table space needed!
More affordable than other hotels by Schiphol. Very nice personnel. Light blocking curtains and silent rooms allow a good sleep. Everything very smooth!

A perfect hotel to stay of you have to be early at the airport. The bus stop is a 4 min walk and takes you directly in like 10 min. You can buy some snacks and there is a coffee machine and microwave. Friendly staff.

Most of the USB sockets in the room were damaged so only 1 point to charge phones, Ipads vapes ect.
Great staff,close to airport shuttle bus stop with buses every couple of minutes going to airport/train station. Cheap.

Strategic location if you have an early flight or late-night arrival. 10 mins bus from Schiphol airport, the bus runs 24/7. easy check-in and check-out, they have lockers (4 to 6 Eur) depending on the size. There is a McDonald's nearby that is open until 1 am. The room is also very clean and has a lot of electricity plugs. Overall had a really good experience, definitely will book this hotel again if I have an early flight.
