We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomcar parking was expensive, and the restaurant wasnt open every day, however we loved the hotel. the bar didnt stay open unless it had guests drinking at it, so if you arrived back late it was closed up.... but the bar staff were lovely and really helpful

GermanyWe liked the location in the very center of Zierikzee. The building is very nice and in perfect condition, the parking (garage) spacious and easy to use. Our room was nice, comfortable and quiet. The food, we had breakfast and dinner, was very good quality and the service delivered by everyone we were in touch with, was very professional and very kind and helpful.

Its a very newly renovated hotel. Beautiful hallways and we had a nice room. The room was very clean. nice breakfast.

FranceWith a booking just done, we were told it didn't go through and there were no vacancies... Later on, when we showed our booking confirmation, a manager came and solved the problem. At last, we ended up into a nice room but it took a long time in discussions and we were kept standing at front desk with only answer from the first 2 people we met: "can't do anything"
Second stay at this hotel. Still very nice and comfy. Great clean car park with direct acces to lifts and large trolleys available. Breakfast is good with large variety of meals. Great location with easy walk to the city center.

Fantastic hotel at a great location in Zierikzee. We enjoyed the Duiveland suite very much. Super spacious, with a comfortable bed and a separate living room, small kitchen and private outdoor terrace. Peaceful spot and everything in Zierikzee was just a small walk away (< 15 mins). Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Loved the bath the shower and the general facilities, very modern looking. Beds and sheets very comfortable. Equipped with everything you need to cook ( we did not use it) temperature and light control perfect :) Parking on site, was modern easy, great.
