We had an amazing time in this fantastic hotel. Everything is perfectly placed and very modern. Staff is excellent, very friendly, polite and try to accommodate all your needs. I wish we could have stay longer, but definitely next time we will visit Amsterdam we will be back and stay in this beautiful hotel. Thank you for all the service offered.

The room we had is facing to the subway and railway, so the noises are not ignorable. The WIFI quality varies depending which APP is used.

The parking lot is spacious with many comfortable parking slots. The public transport ticket can be bought directly at the reception, and subway station is not far away. Clean room with good facilities. Smart control of the electrical devices in the room.

the beds were a little soft for our taste, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, so we had to keep the window open which made it a bit noisy at night.

This hotel was a good value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the metro station was within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms were a good size and modernly equipped, with TVs in both the bedroom and bathroom, and a good selection of channels. A Bluetooth speaker was also available in the room.

You can buy a bottle of water at the reception, but 500ml costs almost 4€, more expensive than buying it at the airport and really too much.

This hotel is very clean and looks new. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is big enough for two people and there is also a tv in front of the toilet, which is funny! There is a tablet beside the bed that you can use to control the main functions of the room (opening/closing the curtains, turning on the lights or the tv, etc). Staff is also nice and friendly. The location is literally 5 minutes walking from the Overamstel metro station, so you can reach Amsterdam Central in 15 minutes.

Just needs to fix the ice machine and maybe be more understanding about that fact that it's not universal knowledge that ice machines are in every single floor of the building.

what we booked on booking was a double room with twin beds , the guy on the reception recommended that we upgrade for a king bed because the beds get separated if we put them together because of the wheels, which is a big No. anyway, we upgraded but the king bed also had wheels and it moves from time to time which is annoying a bit

the location was good! the metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which is totally fine. the room was clean and spacious and the price was very good compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. we had coffee and tea in the room which was so good after a long day or in the morning.

We wished there would be hooks on the wall in the room halfway to hang out coats. There was not enough room for them in the closet.
