We wanted a room that had both a tub and a queen or king size bed. Because we had the tub, we had to settle for twin beds.

The location was perfect for us, since we left the next morning on a cruise. Being across the street from the Cruz terminal what is the whole reason we stayed there.

The room price was not cheap but for that we had a very spacious room, great breakfast and location and the kids loved it.

The location for us was spot on, near the Erasmus bridge and a 20 min walk into the city centre. The staff was very friendly, rooms were very spacious with also a bedroom in the upper part of the room (Family room). Breakfast was great: a wide variety of food and drinks and we could also order a freshly made omelet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, beautiful and clean room, and the beds were so comfy, we would've stolen them if they weren't huge 😅 beautiful architecture of the hotel, and surroundings, too! Direct tram connection, parking worked flawlessly for a reasonable price, quick 10-15min walk to reach the city center. 10/10.

Pleasant Executive room with a shared terrace for 3 rooms with romantic views. A big plus is the presence of both a bath and a shower. Very friendly staff at the reception who, at my request, gave me a bathrobe, slippers and wine glasses for free. Near the hotel is the Erasmus Bridge and a supermarket, 30 minutes walk to the center. I would be happy to come back here again.

Uncomfortable pillows is probably the only small issue. Another one could be not working HDMI socket, but Chromecast sharing supported by the TV was a decent enough solution. So, nothing significant.

The location is great! Food court downstairs is an amazing upside which not everyone is familiar with. I stayed in a similar hotel in Iceland before and was extremely happy by the fact that different food is just a minute away. The 2-storey room was spacious and comfortable. Didn’t use the outside area since it wasn’t Summer, but it looked nice still.

Room Mate Bruno is great, whilst it look old on the outside, the interior is really very modern and posh. Location is great, next to the metro and tram. The room is beyond expectations very spacious, the beds were big and very comfortable. Bathroom clean and nice supply of toiletries. There's a large smart TV and a small area where you can do some work. There is also a nice rooftop bar where guests can chill out.

There was no window in our bedroom so got quite hot in the night and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. We asked for new pillows but they only had one extra pillow available.

Property was in a great location just on the edge of the city centre. Public transport was great getting around with just a 2 minute walk to the closest underground station. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving tips for places to visit on our stay.
