We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdom2nd bedroom small. No full length mirrors. Not convenient to have toilet which was so small downstairs. We had a quad loft. The double loft, shower just flooded the bathroom.
Location very good. Breakfast choices good except eggs should be cooked to order, cold eggs left cooked not appetising.

While this was disclosed up front, it didn’t make for a very pleasant stay with bathroom smells and rooms starting to look really lived in after a couple of days. If the room had a vacuum cleaner and toilet brushes and cleaning liquid etc we would have done the cleaning ourselves.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Comfy beds and bedding. Kettle for tea. Spacious family room with completely separate bedrooms. Hotel close to wonderful takeout food. We didn’t look for a sit down restaurant. We 70 yr olds walked into the inner city each day. Used Uber for travel to hotel from train station and back again.

Very beautiful hotel, just a short walk from the train station. Our family room was very spacious, with two double beds and all necessities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere.

We booked for 7pm on first night by What’s App & received a confirmation but the restaurant had no record of our reservation. Didn’t have breakfast as it was too expensive.
Interesting building, good location near the central station. Excellent dinner in the brasserie Monk. Very quiet and comfortable.

SwitzerlandI would have needed a table - normal size and a chair do have a little space of working. Make sure that you can offer to your clients toiletries, if necessary. I needed a tooth paste, I received it, but the young man who was first at the reception was not sure first if you have such a thing to offer, so he had to wait for his colleague to find one.

The Anthony hotel is very nicely decorated, new hotel. It is converted to hotel from an old religious building so it has a character. The room we stayed was very comfortable and clean.

GermanyWe stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is very spacious, nice kitchen, nice interior design, beds are very nice to sleep in and also with choice of pillows (soft/hard). The restaurant is very nice, lobby to sit in with fire place & nice couches and chairs. For Xmas they decorated all over the hotel and that was very cozy and festive and if you are away from home with Xmas it gives you a nice warm comfortable feeling / atmosphere. The staff is very nice, friendly.
