Reception was superb, Michaela was the best :-) We appreciated the early check in and the birthday cake for my daughter during breakfast, that was a nice surprise and really enhanced our stay!

The location. Wasn’t that impressed with Utrecht because it was too busy. I imagined it to be less commercial and more quaint.

The breakfast was great. Lots of choice and it tasted good.

2nd bedroom small. No full length mirrors. Not convenient to have toilet which was so small downstairs. We had a quad loft. The double loft, shower just flooded the bathroom.

Location very good. Breakfast choices good except eggs should be cooked to order, cold eggs left cooked not appetising.

The apartment was cleaned only once in ten days. While this was disclosed up front, it didn’t make for a very pleasant stay with bathroom smells and rooms starting to look really lived in after a couple of days. If the room had a vacuum cleaner and toilet brushes and cleaning liquid etc we would have done the cleaning ourselves.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Comfy beds and bedding. Kettle for tea. Spacious family room with completely separate bedrooms. Hotel close to wonderful takeout food. We didn’t look for a sit down restaurant. We 70 yr olds walked into the inner city each day. Used Uber for travel to hotel from train station and back again.

The breakfast price was kind of high, so we opted to try different cafes in the city centre.

Very beautiful hotel, just a short walk from the train station. Our family room was very spacious, with two double beds and all necessities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere.

Room temperature was very high and could not be reduced (24 C), cleanliness could be better (stray hairs of previous guests on couch and floor, and dirty dished from previous guests still in dishwasher), and several lights were broken)

The esthetics were amazing, the hotel restaurant was great, and very close to city center

No heating in the bathroom, no light above the bathroom mirror. Online check in and what’s app dinner reservation didn’t work. We booked for 7pm on first night by What’s App & received a confirmation but the restaurant had no record of our reservation. Didn’t have breakfast as it was too expensive.

Interesting building, good location near the central station. Excellent dinner in the brasserie Monk. Very quiet and comfortable.

I would have needed a table - normal size and a chair do have a little space of working. Make sure that you can offer to your clients toiletries, if necessary. I needed a tooth paste, I received it, but the young man who was first at the reception was not sure first if you have such a thing to offer, so he had to wait for his colleague to find one.

1. Cleaning quality: Cleaning quality was a bit disappointed. (Especially the curtain) 2. Location: We were with a baby and it was not walking distance to the city center.

The twin beds were separated by a wall ( so the room was split in two smaller rooms ). There was nothing on the site about this beforehand.

Loved the beautiful building and the room above the old chapel. Very special atmosphere and a luxury feeling. The room was spacious, the furniture was beautiful, and there was even a welcome drink.

The stairs to the bedroom in the loft were very very step and narrow and it was of that the shower upstairs did not have a bathroom

Everything is great,only the entrance of property needs interior, the smel, and the apartment we stayy the walls need refreshment, parkings big problem.

Location is a bit far away from center. We preferred to walk but it would probably be possible to find public transport.

The Anthony hotel is very nicely decorated, new hotel. It is converted to hotel from an old religious building so it has a character. The room we stayed was very comfortable and clean.

2 beds room apartment, but only have one toilet. Always problem in the morning.

Neat room, full furnished and utensils (towels, tissue, shampoo, body/handasoap and cooking ware).

We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is very spacious, nice kitchen, nice interior design, beds are very nice to sleep in and also with choice of pillows (soft/hard). The restaurant is very nice, lobby to sit in with fire place & nice couches and chairs. For Xmas they decorated all over the hotel and that was very cozy and festive and if you are away from home with Xmas it gives you a nice warm comfortable feeling / atmosphere. The staff is very nice, friendly.
