We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is no parking but if you head 400 metres along the road to the rail station, you can turn into the car park that runs alongside the tracks and right back to the hotel - we parked there for 4 days but never got charged. the breakfast was expensive and although the quality was fine, it felt that it wasn't worth the €20+ being charged per person. We ended up getting pastries from the Jumbo behind the hotel.
Stopped here for the Carp Den Bosch show; great location that's close to the main motorway, 25 mins walk to the event hall (or a quick drive with minimal directions required) and approx 20 mins to get to the main two centre. Rooms are great; felt luxury, beds comfortable, good TV service and the bathroom was massive with plentiful hot water. Hotel bar is brilliant; all the bar staff were friendly, knowledgeable about beers, and for what it is, the place isn't overly expensive. The skybox at the top of the hotel is a real treat, very atmospheric. Food in the bar/restaurant was excellent - the pumpkin and sweet potato curry is highly recommended.

had a very comfortable stay at the hotel > the room which I checked in was small but the next day as I had just asked to update my Bonvoy no. and when I gave here my room No she told me that she would like to change the room for me and I got another room similar to what I had during the stay last year really a nice gesture from there side > very supportive and very polite staff all greet you with a smile was nice to see that > the breakfast here as usual good > also happen to have dinner in their roof top restaurant and also the bar was good > overall a good stay

Probably one of the best hotels in the area, big room big tv , very clean and quiet in the room . Plenty of restaurants around the property and a super market behind the hotel , everything you could need , old town is a ten minute walk, and the hotel is a five minute walk to the train station.

The commute through Schiphol airport was great( less than an hour with Intercity), and the services-people front house were very helpful. Breakfast was also great, and the rooftop bar was excellent for business discussions.

The cleaner always bangs at the door early in the morning and she does it twice after 5 minutes even if the door has a double lock, she still tries to open it (maybe our fault as we didn’t hang the do not disturb card because I assumed that without the clean the room card , they won’t bother cleaning.)
