1- Some rooms have no shower privacy. Might be a challenge taking a shower while other room occupants can glance at you. Thankfully they moved us to a good room.

1- Their staff is remarkably helpful, more than the usual you'd expect from good hotels. They are really keen on making your stay great, and they addressed the issues we had promptly and easily. 2 -Car park. Even though it is a bit expensive, it provides great peace of mind, especially for such a location.

It looks very promising when you arrive / super friendly staff at the reception but the restaurant is disappointing overall - staff is chatting a lot and has no eye for the few guests. The culinary adventure is a one without love and passion cooking, just not tasty enough and standard food of the fridge . The place has potential but as it functions now it is just an hotel outlet - we can not recommend it

Beautiful hotel with modern decor and underground parking (extra fee). Staff were professional and friendly and let us use the gym to change when we returned after checkout to collect our car, soaked by torrential rain! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room well appointed and clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a chef preparing cooked items in an open kitchen. Would have loved to stay longer and will return.

Due to the windows being protected by the city the restaurant was so cold it wasn’t an enjoyable experience anymore. It would be great if they provide blankets or so. They didn’t provide with the bill upon request and asked we contact booking which is a bit odd.

The design of the hotel amazing, we really liked it. The room was very clean and followed the design of the location. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the check-in was uncomplicated. A must is the visit of the hotel bar. Breakfast is okay.

Breakfast for 22 EUR was way too simple. Also I was not asked whether to pay with EUR or USD and my card was automatically charged in USD which resulted in some loss due to exchange rates.

nothing really, I would recommend to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as can hear traffic. But apart from that I would recommend staying here

staff were so lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely, really comfortable. metro and tram just a 100m walk up the road. Lidl next door as well.

the view from my room was really disappointing (only the roof of the neighbor building) and the room itself was not as fancy as in the pictures. The bathroom has a weird design and it got all wet after taking a shower.

The shower and toilet are separated, so not so convenient having to walk to the bedroom to wash our hands. The size of the toilet room was way too small for a 5 stars hotel. The mattress were 2 separate ones put together to make big bed, which make it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle.

The location was very good, very close by both tram and subway station. There is a supermarket right next door which was very handy. The room was welled cleaned everyday, spacious and nicely decorated. Friendly staffs.
