We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsWe stayed in the outer rooms (outside the main building); while spacious, comfortable and renovated, we felt we missed the "castle feeling". Breakfast is quite expensive (25 euros/ person) on top of a rather expensive room. Our dishes were not collected from the room for two days, despite multiple hotel personnel passing by.
The restaurant food is amazing; nice setting in the park; calm and restful.

The location and hotel are just superb - this has been my 3rd time and it never dissapoints. The breakfast is consistently good with a lot of choice. The restaurant (did not eat here this time but my colleague did) is very good and highly recommended. The room was very spacious and it even had it's own castle tower.

NetherlandsOne small incident at the restaurant - waiting to be seated, there was no sign but I assumed I had to wait. Plenty of staff around (they seemed busy) but they said nothing to me. I wasn't sure if should just find a table so I asked, and I was told "just wait, I'm busy with something else right now". Not a big deal, but felt a little rude.
Everything was good, the room was great, facilities were great, reception was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were well tended. They even managed to organise nice weather )) Breakfast was cold buffet, but hot meals could be ordered from the menu and they were very good. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

FinlandThe hotel itself was wonderful and very classy, elegant in every detail. Big, quiet room and huge bathroom, comfy bed and even Deutz champagne at the breakfast! And the egg Benedictine at the breakfast was maybe the best I've ever had, it was simply perfect. The restaurant was also a nice try, much effort, but the food was unfortunately not as expected. The food was more or less strange to be honest. But wines were exellent and the champagne of course.

We stayed for two nights in this little gem of a hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and stylish. We loved the luxurious big bathroom. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is as stunning as it gets. If you want to enjoy the experience of a castle stay, this is the perfect opportunity!
