The price might be slightly high for what you actually get.

The setting of the room is extremely cosy and made me feel really relaxed coming back to it after a while out. The hotel's automatic system is extremely convenient and shortens the check-in process.

There is no refrigerator in the room, nor tea or coffee amenities There is no option to include breakfast in the per day room rate on the contrary there is a very expensive self service breakfast shop at the lobby

There are no hot drink facilities in the bedroom. There is a café where you can pay for a coffee/tea from a machine, but you can't expect me to walk down in my pyjamas and pay for some hot water in a hotel (and it's not clear how to pay if you want a tea before bed). This is my only complaint, but personally, it's a major one.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. The design of the rooms is very is inspiring. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, nice products, friendly staff, great location.

There is no reception and I don't think I received the pass code you need to enter the building. Luckily there was an employee in the main hall who was able to help.

Beautiful, grand old building; I'm told it was originally built as an office for the Dutch postal services. The hotel is conveniently situated in the center of Leeuwarden and offers clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is available in a coffee shop on the ground floor.

Breakfast is a big disappointing and not cheap. No bread and not a lot of choice.

Very nice, design and colorful hotel. The room was big, spacious, luminous and beautiful. The bed quality was very good, we slept like babies. The hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed the lobby (lots of games and books). Location is very convenient, center, museums, and monuments are at walking distance.

Quite noisy, both from inside the hotel and people outside of the hotel. Had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. The elevator did not work on our side of the hotel, and I could barely go up the stairs due to my foot injury.

Beautifully designed, very comfy room and bed. Loved the absence of the tv. Great shower.

Room is spacious and modern. There isn’t a typical front desk but easy to get in and situated. Cute downstairs and paid bag storage.

I was forgetting to check towels availability in room then checking in. Late on the evening noticed that there was no towels in the room. I was not staring to ask from stuff, I used mine

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city center. The room was very clean and big, the beds were comfortable. There is a shop on the ground floor of the hotel where you can buy breakfast, coffee, tea... The fruit yogurt they make in the shop is extremely tasty. The staff is friendly. We will come again :) recommendation for everyone :)

Nothing! Though Maybe a suggestion: when I arrived after a day cycling my phone (sat-nav, photos etc) was at 2% battery. I would have been stuck if the battery had completely died before I got in the room. Also, the phone "digital key" did not open the bike store-- but the foh team at Post Plaza next door kindly issued me a physical "access all areas" pass.

Great room super comfy bed. Awesome shower. Quiet, dark once heavy curtains drawn. No TV ! The guest lounge is fantastic- great space, lovely lighting design, comfy furniture. Being able to access the bike store directly from the lobby is great. The self-serve shop is excellent if a little spooky-- I guess there must be video surveillance to stop people stealing??

I loved the spacious rooms, extravagant design, and paintings. The place is well situated and you can travel anywhere in 10 minutes.
