The car park underneath has just tripled the rate whereas it is crampy and full of columns but the hotel’s lady warned me timely of the exuberant rate

We were happy with this hotel. Our only disappointment was the restaurant menu and price of meals.

This hotel was located centrally and within walking distance of many tourist sites and Central Station. There are also tram stops close by. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Our room had no air conditioning (set to coldest temperature and highest fan speed did little to nothing). There was also no window that could be opened (facing the atrium). Because of that, the night was quite warm and we didn’t sleep too well.

The cost-quality ration of the breakfast could have been better, though I only tried the buffet and not the menu items. Otherwise, no real complaints.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and just off the path of two sections of the city center. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with staff always available to help. A well equipped room.

We booked two rooms in the hotel, and one was for my daughter and her husband. My daughter's room was unfinished and not fully equipped. We made a complaint to the management and eventually they offered a partial refund, and we accepted. Our room has twin single beds, but the wheels in the stand made them easily movable, which was not desirable.

The hotel is located in a central area and close to major attractions. There is a streetcar stop outside the hotel. Our room is spacious and clean. We booked for five nights but felt there was not enough furniture to make our stay more comfortable. It should not be too difficult to add a desk or another chair to the room.

We requested a twin room and this couldn't be provided, so myself and my friend had to share a double.

The hotel is a beautiful building, sensitively renovated and spotlessly clean. The rooms were decorated nicely, huge big shower in the bathroom. Location is excellent for exploring Den Haag and an easy walk to the central station.

the lighting in the room was too dark.

I thought - above all else - the staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful, taking extra time to assist - both at the desk and at the breakfast. One of the breakfast staff helped me so much when I got ill - Susa in the restaurant and Adrienne at the desk. Also the first person at the desk who had been to Australia.

Third bed wasn't made up and there were no towels for the third guest. This was remedied very fast by reception & compensated for the trouble. Bathroom sink was blocked and took two days to unblock, which was a minor inconvenience.

Room was good size for three people and the facilities were good. Excellent location as we have stayed there previously, and will stay again.

I rang ahead to find out about the parking facilities and was told there was a day rate. The parking facility under the hotel is run by a separate company. The hotel told us they have a day rate but when we checked out of the car park downstairs we were charged by the minute! Our parking bill came to over €218 for two nights!! Ringing assistance in the car park we were told the car park had got rid of the day rate. We requested the hotel to intervene and the girl at reception rang somebody from the carpark team, who talked with his supervisor so we only had to pay 2x daily rate. It took nearly 1.5 hours before this was resolved. Several other guests encountered the same problem.

Getting a drink to lounge at night, you have to pass via the cocktail bar. That is because this field asks for what I didn't like. It's trivial.

Could not fault anything with Hotel , i did like the idea of the smaller breakfast option , we all had differnt items and all were lovely , i had eggs both days and came with toast , and very well priced , staff were so helpful
