Parking at the car park attached to the hotel was very expensive - 42 euros for one night - so beware!

Everything! Once again I’m back to this amazing hotel with extraordinary staff! I travelled to my boyfriend’s birthday and they even left a letter and a piece of cake in the room for him. they couldn’t be better!

Sofa bed needs an extra matress on top, as you feel the springs. Not comfortable for an adult person

The room was a bit small and the view from the window was on the covered courtyard. It could not be opened and therefor no fresh air unfortunately

The breakfast was delicious and very extensively. The room was clean and well decorated. The location of the hotel is superb.

The coffee wasn't strong enough initially, but an extra shot of espresso helped it. The hotel has a nice location and pleasant overall vibe.

There is no AC in the room which could be very warm during the summer although a fan was provided. The wardrobes is pretty small for two visitors with no doors.

For such an airy hotel, I found the bar to be dark and soulless. It could do with more atmosphere.

I like the location as it is close to the centre of the city. I found the room very comfortable. Nice comfortable quilt and pillows on the bed. Iron and board in my room. Nice cleaning products in the bathroom.

They only had very warm winter douvets - it was boiling hot and they didn’t have thinner blankets. Maybe back in the daya you could get away with winter blankets year round but woth climate change and boiling hot days this really needs to change. If i would stay again i would up front request this during summer

Fantastic location in the beautiful center of The Hague, convenient parking, super friendly and professional staff and a beautiful large but cozy room, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I appreciate the concern for the environment and the water, which you can drink straight from the tap. I will definitely be back!
