The room i stayed in was a little walk away from the reception which was a little strange but no problem. I had to leave a deposit of 10 euros or an important document like ID as a deposit for late checkout, this was the first place i stayed in Amsterdam so i felt a bit worried leaving my ID with them. But of course it was fine, had to get cash out tho and pay a fee. Room smelt kinda bad? Or right near my bed did. Showers didnt have much space to leave dry clothes, things got wet.

It was cheap for the location, which was very central and very good, also near enough to Amsterdam centraal train station. Room was decent and quite big, the beds were sectioned so it didnt feel like you were in a room with 14 people. Good views from the window.

Only one key for a group of 4 friends sharing one room. Understandable as it’s a hostel but when the same party using one room, we found it hard

There is no TV in the room but we didn't care. Extractor fan didn't work. Must rent towels.

Simple and plain hostel, got a private room for three with bathroom and shower. Shower was good but extractor fan didn't work. Location is good, beds were clean and there were plug sockets next to each bed.

The bathrooms are too few, definitely not enough for all the people being there. I was in a shared room with 10 people and we had only one toilet and one shower.

The location is absolutely the best thing about the place, it is in the city center within walking distance from the train station. It is a relatively cheap place providing the basic things (a bed and a clean toilet) to stay for few days. Also extra points for the cleanliness.

Sadly, no kitchen, but they do have a mini fridge for any drinks or leftovers.

The various staff I interacted with were all very nice and considerate. Really, the staff were the highlight of my visit. In a good location with a good price. Bathrooms were clean, there is also a hallway toilet/sink in case someone is using the shower in your room.

No communal chill areas or amnesties. Someone from my room stole my body bag with my wallet in the morning in the way out (was my fault and next to my bed) but be cautious

The bathroom was a little dirty, not in extremely bad shape but could definitely be improved. To be a room with so many beds, it should be considered to be able to maintain the cleanliness of the place. The beds are a little bit too close one from each other (maybe you could use curtains for more privacy)

The location is very central, you can walk to all the tourist places. The guy at the reception was very friendly.

Location was excellent, very close to anything you want to go to. Showers in the 14 bed dorm were amazing.

The room had no windows and a weird empty space on top of the room. The beds, especially the top ones lacked some privacy. The bathroom was fine but could at least use a new shower curtain and a mat, little things like that make a whole difference.

The other people in my room where really chatty and they turned the big light on when it was 3 o clock in the night so I didn’t slept so well. Also maybe a rug in the bathroom would be really nice. The rainshower was a really nice add-on if it would be working.

For the amount of money stat you spend for one night it is very comfortable and you’ve got everything you need.
