Breakfast was just missing something I can’t quite put my finger on. Could have just been the lack of ambience and choices. The hotel was definitely far from full and I was placed in a room at the back of the building where the view largely comprised concrete robes and walls. The suggestion of an upgrade would have been appreciated.

Very modern and stylish. 2 pool areas - one beach front the other private. Short walk to middle of town or white beach (5 mins). Nice to be away from the crowds. Very big room and bath room.

pool is too warm, should be colder , especially because of the hot weather it's not enjoyable to swim - no in house doctor , I had a fever and they ordered me an e-trike to get to the doctors - breakfast was great but everything else on the menu is really standard , wouldn't reccomend to eat there - I didn't get a shuttle back to the airport cause they said there's no van available, which shouldn't happen at a luxury hotel

We requested round-trip transportation from/ to Caticlan airport which they provided to us and it was a great experience. They would take you by bus, then you will ride a ferry to reach the island and then another bus will take you to the hotel which is a smooth transfer from/ to the airport within 20-30 minutes which will save you time looking for a transportation and arrange for one when you are there. our two-bedroom villa was beachfront which is spectacular waking up in the morning and looking to the view. it was a big place with two bedrooms, two toilets with bathtubs, and a living room. they have a big pool in the middle of the resort which is very nice. they will offer you a mat when you are on the beach and the safety guards will be around all the time day and night to be able to access the beach or go out of the hotel from the back and take a walk during the night. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The staff are well trained and professional and they will look after the guests' security at all times. The resort is offering a shuttle to the d'mall round the clock. The pool and sunbeds are great options for people who don't like to swim outside the resort. Station 2 is 15 minutes away from the resort if you would like to walk. Another option, take a shuttle to the d'mall and station 2 will be 2-minute walk from there. The gym is big and well-equipped with the machines needed for exercise. it has a looker room, shower place and sauna/ steam room. Towels are also available. Breakfast was great, however, it is a bit limited in the options. It would be nice to have a cheese platter and more fruit options.

Room towels need upgrading. Need some sun shades and better sun loungers around the pool in front of bar - have good music and the bar but nobody uses it due to the lack of shade and poor sun loungers. Breakfast could be better. It’s ok - but very repetitive.

Great location , opposite side to white beach but only about 10/15 min walk. Great being in touching distance of white beach but then escaping it. 2 good swimming pools. Staff extremely attentive. Nice food from pool bar.

The staffs are hands down exemplary. From the checkin until check out they have been brilliant and welcoming. The idea of having four pools is good because it spreads out the guests and the kids can stay in one area. The water is warm as well so you don’t mind taking a dip at night. The location is perfect being away from the busy part of Boracay, the sand is not the same though but nevertheless it’s still beautiful and you can watch the kitesurfers etc. They do not have sun beds on the beachfront, however, you can request for the mats which the security even assisted me with. Hotel is just 5minutes away from D’mall and they provide hourly shuttle back and forth. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and very tasty. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Beach at the back was disappointing as you could not really swim, and it's very windy. Wouldn't take that away from the hotel... They certainly make up for it, especially with their complimentary ride to Dmall, which is a short distance to an amazing beach....

Lovely Hotel...Nice breakfast with variety... Nice rooms, lovely pool, and very close to Dmall with complementary transport. We really enjoyed the airport round trip transport...very convenient and the guys were fantastic. The staff all-round were great. We'll be coming back... That's for sure!

Just a feedback, the glass balustrades may need some cleaning and also the elevators as they have lots of marks around. It just gives a 3-star feel to an otherwise fantastic hotel.

None! Everything was seamless.

Room - value for money! Room was spacious and even has a huge couch and a dinning area. There's a full length mirror and another mirror in the bath room. Bathroom is also spacious! Breakfast - different options everyday. Complete with rice, main dishes, soup, fruits, breads and waffles. Drinks are also nice and their coffee is also good. Food - we usually dine in at their casual restaurant and food is always delicious! Serving size is good for 2-3 pax. Pool is huge and they also have another one that faces the beach. Free shuttle service to D'mall every hour. Location - 750 meters or less from D'mall. You may opt to walk or use the free shuttle service or call a tricycle (concierge always assist us on this) Also, hotel is located a Bulabog beach. The quiet part of Boracay Island. We really love staying here since there's only a few people.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning as there was a huge variety of foods to try. We opted for the airport transfer (about PHP2600 at the time) and Aqua Boracay took care of every detail so we didn't have to worry about anything. Great overall environment to have a more relaxing experience in Boracay and only a few min walk or a shuttle away from the main tourist areas.

It's a great experience to stay in this hotel. I booked Aqua Boracay to celebrate my parent's Wedding Anniversary and my Father's birthday as well. I'm glad that the staff were able to note my special requests. The room was clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was superb! They have a lot of food variations. And different set of foods were served everyday. The best thing about this hotel aside from its facilities and amenities are the staff. They are all corteous and approachable. Always serving with a smile. They are also prompt in addressing your concerns. This is certainly one of the best hotels in Boracay. Will definitely book here again. 😊
