The cleanliness of the bathroom its a bit disappointing its not thoroughly clean, dusty, showers corner mouldy and not clean for the price you pay not worth it. The cleaners need training how to properly clean and maybe use the right cleaning product. Step up a bit on their cleaning on their bathrooms

The thing I didn’t like is the shower is not clean enough have moulds in the corner, not clean thoroughly for the price you pay is not worth it.. toilet not clean , dusty corner in the bathroom. They need to step up cleaning their bathrooms.

Room hade good beds but a little old furniture. Poor breakfast. Restaurant was cosy and hade a lot of choice.

You can see the wear on the hotel. There were spider webs in the bathroom along with a termite tunnel above the bathroom door. Setting the water temperature for the shower took a bit of work. Pool was also closed during our stay.

Great location being walking distance from the Airport and friendly staff.

They pack the free breakfast upon request. Good quality of the sound system at the restaurant. Very high ceiling and a retro motif makes for a classy restaurant ambience.

Getting to the city center costs 100 PHP in a filipino motorcycle cab.

Perfectly fine hotel close to airport. Not really new but nice archtecture set around courtyard garden with pool. The pool could be better cleaned. Rooms are large and modern. It is a 5 min walk to DPL, Ok, with light luggage. Biggest positive surprise was the hotel restaurant for dinner with my family. Great meals to be in the Phils. The portions are a bit on the small side, but all very well prepared, a bit Chinese style maybe....

The water wouldn't shut off on the shower and the water pressure wasn't good. The bathroom is in need of repair.

The complimentary breakfast was quite limited. Only 3 choices, along with unlimited coffee and juice. There's also the continental breakfast if you prefer fruits.

The room was nice and clean. All the staff were kind and polite. Borrowing a hair dryer is free.

The facility need to have more staff and some much needed maintainence.

The free breakfast was excellent, as was the waiter. The location is also excellent. It is walking distance to the airport, and away from the noisy streets of Dipolog.

They had power interruption but it also resumed after 3-5 minutes. Hallway would be filled with chatters due to booked events like birthdays/weddings. One thing that also irked me was their room attendant (I forgot to ask for her name). She knocked first but what surprised me was the attempt to barge in. I know they have key duplicates but it doesn't mean you could freely enter without the approval of the guest. I even answered 'yes' when she checked. Good thing, the swing bar was locked so we only transacted between the small space (I didn't fully open the door). The reason why she went to my room? To give a small piece of paper reminding the guest that there'll be noise from 10am-3pm due to hotel's renovation. I have stayed on different hotels but this was the first time that I encountered a staff which seemed to be in a hurry and wouldn't wait until I unlock.

Food served in their restaurant was good! Location is quite good for those travelers who wish to be early in airport. The spot is not good if you would like to walk within the city center as it will take you 10-15mins via motorela. The aircon was functioning well and the net connection was good too.
