While central, not ideal to walk to your destinations like some other places. Much more convenient to use Grab cars.

Great stay, Staff were so helpful. Was central to most areas of Metro Manila, a short Grab car from all the places we visited. Bar on rooftop which was handy. Rooms were clean and modern, in line with most larger hotels. Will definately be coming back on when it stop through Manila.

I had a beautiful stay at ASN Boutique! The hotel's location is perfect, being near the airport and many attractions. The room was stylish and comfortable, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

There's nothing not to like.

I like the location because it is just a walking distance to the shopping mall. The room is a good size and it is beautiful and clean. And the staff are very helpful and friendly. I also like the Filipino food that I ordered during our stay, it is tasty and a good price.

It's located in such a cute little area in Makati. For the price this place is truly a gem in manila and has perfectly clean facilities which I really appreciate. The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us add one day to our stay really easily.

We stayed here waiting for a flight the following day. Room was very nice. Staff allowed us to check in 5 hours early. Gym upstairs is brand new. Highly recommend

Amazing new hotel. Everything was perfect! The person who made it knows exactly what a traveler is looking for - comfy bed and pillows, clean place, black out curtains, nice coffee and Netflix/Youtube access via the TV. Best value for money.

Sometimes things felt a bit disorganized, they forgot to refill shower gels/ toilet papers in the room. Many items on the breakfast menu were noy available.

I stayed for three weeks. Very friendly staff, always friendly and accommodating, helpful when needed. The room was very quiet and comfortable! I was able to work very well in it, and the WiFi was daily to connect and fast in its connection. The gym was a great place, very new amenities! Very close to Makati and other areas of central Metro Manila.

The room was small. The shower room was very small. The location seemed a bit dodgy. We walked for ages to find somewhere to eat. The bar and any facilities in the hotel were not available.

The room was well furnished and equipped with quality bedding, towels and toiletries. It was clean and comfortable.

The elevator is on the second floor so it’s difficult if you have more luggage to carry it upstairs. The employee on the reception desk helped us a lot

Although it's tucked away in a nice nook of the city, this was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and always smiling. Just proof that you don't need an extravagant hotel to enjoy the amenities. It's minutes away from a lot of popular destinations and walking distance from restaurants. Not to mention the quaint little restaurant and gym upstairs was great!
