Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaThe stairs could be a challenge with too much baggage. The bathroom had a leaking sink so there was a constant water puddle in the middle. Water pressure super low - use the bucket! Warm water on off. Colored sheets - I always prefer white cotton (reason is obvious). The tiled floor is very cold and seemed sticky but was obviously clean. (Maybe soap?) You are not allowed to smoke in the entire city of Baguio and there is a patronizing list of rules in the room (which we have seen a lot during 1,5 months in the Philippines - especially the north) so we moved on. In general the Casa is quite nice and recommended.
Only 10 mins walk from the bus station where the bus from Angeles stops. Fantastic view over one part of town. Close to the SM mall and various sights. We got a room upgrade to a balcony twin bedroom which was very kind. Complimentary water and clean sheets. Large room with enough space. Toiletries come with the booking for free. Restaurant right below. 4 pillows on the bed. Good room rate. The wifi was the fastest we had so far! Tripple A connection.

PhilippinesThe amenities. - The room doesn’t have aircon. There’s an electric fan, though. - limited electrical source. You should bring an extension cord. - the toilet doesn’t have a window or exhaust fan. - the pillow covers and blankets are old (sira ang tahi or zippers)
It’s location. It’s walking distance to almost all the places we visited, and restaurants too. The staff. Super kind and accommodating.

PhilippinesThere is mold in the room closet and the ceiling of the bathroom. A dehumidifier or a vent in the bathroom could help fix it. There's also a mold killer that you can get to clean the mold off.
The staff let us borrow their dishes, and they cleaned every time we asked.

PhilippinesWe requested to have our room cleaned, the staff didn’t answer right away but promised she’ll clean it after she finished the rest. When we got back, it was still the same.
Location is near SM Baguio, advisable to ride a taxi to SM but you can walk when going back to the casa since most streets are downhill.

PhilippinesWhen we checked in the floor was moist and smelled of downy :( Also there was a bathtub but the drain is broken so we couldn't really use it.
The location was fairly close to most commercial areas but also isolated so it was quiet. There is a resto on the ground floor, as well as various other restaurants and milk tea shops on walking distance from the accommodation.

PhilippinesCons: Lobby is kinda noisy from 4pm-12mn due to the bar on it but it's fine if you can easily sleep. Near but will took awhile if you'll walk to the centre. Bathtub not working. No TV, ref or microwave. No bed side table. But my main concern is only one outlet is working and far from the bed, it is below the small rocking table, the other one (of two) is circle so we only used one and other are inside the cr, on the sink and beside shower.
Stayed at Room 103 Pros: Properly prepared room. Nearby the lobby. Quite near the centre. Comfy beds. With bathtub. Friendly staff. Cheap security deposit at 500 pesos. You can have your food left on the ref in the bar. You can get unli water in the bar. You can leave your things before or after check out to still maximize the time. Cheapest among all during the time of booking.

PhilippinesStaff who's managing the thier booking.com acct was very slow to respond to my concern on security deposit refund and worse, they sent it to an incorrect gcash number which I didnt ask them to do. Good thing I was able to recover my acct from that number. Replace the staff, both my check in and check out experience with you has been off the standards from other bookings I've made before in booking.com. Will definitely not go back to this place, im sure there are other places that are more affordable with better overall experience. When we say affordable, it's not the price but the value we get from the overall experience of the place by the way.
It was clean and comfortable enough, location can be waling distance from SM Baguio. Not worth the price I paid though.

PhilippinesNo fridge and kettle in the room but you can get hot and cold water in the reception. We saw several baby cockroaches during our stay. Closer to the bar which is noisy if you are not used to, but i have no problem with it as i was always out in the city.
Cheapest among available dates that we need and closest to the city center and major facilities. Also it is convenient that you can go out and in anytime you want even early in the morning, good if you want to go and roam around in the city or in night market. Hot water for shower.
