The villa had some animal noises at night on the last 2 nights, not sure if it was a cat or bird or other. The TV was limited to Netflix - no regular programs and someone tried to fix it but unable to. The massage was great but we’ve had better.

The location, resort, food and drinks with that extensive menu , and especially the staff all excellent. The Bayview Villa and pool excellent. The 1/2 day speedboat trip was excellent too. The staff friendliness and service was outstanding. The security staff were friendly and always there so we felt secure.

Amazing location but what really stands out is the service and friendliness of the staff. They are incredibly helpful and caring for your needs. The sunset cruise is highly recommended and the spa offered one of the best massage experiences we ever had.

Not much diving possibilities. Lots of dead coral at house reef dive. Further dive sites only possible if more than two divers. Would have wished for more fruit variety at breakfast buffet.

It is good for 2-3 days if someone just wants to relax by the beach and pool. not many activities there. After sunset its not much to do there. no entertainment.

We enjoyed the pool and bar area very much. It was picture-perfect. The staff was exceptionally polite and caring. Especially, Jason and Nick. We were the only family with kids; they didn't make us feel that.

The hotel is a bit old but pretty comfortable. We had to book a beach villa since the water villa was not available for the whole stay and we unfortunately were allocated to a room in the second row with no access to private sun beds by the beach -only to first row beach villas (which was not advised open booking). Food was good but not great. The beach is nice but due to the tide you can’t swim at all times

Staff was very helpful and pleasant, specially at the restaurant and pool bar. The tours from the hotel were amazing. The hike is totally worth it, amazing views. The spa was truly a gem, the masseuses 10/10.

Wear and tear noticeable, eg umbrellas, boats, furniture. Staff either too full on or not enough, eg. when arrived we got bombarded but when relaxed not much, however staff are always friendly. More activities would be great and more interaction with guests eg. on a trek tell us it will be hard but also tell us about nature surroundings, tell us where the best place to snorkel on the island is. Little things go a long way to make it 5 star, so a bit overpriced.

My heart goes to the bellman as they are carrying all the luggages- up the hill to down the hill repeatedly. I understand that the golf cart won’t work in the property.

What an incredible stay. The secluded island was purely magical but it was the resort staff which made the experience memorable. Thank you to everyone involved and a special thanks to the operations manager Salil and his well trained employees such as Irnel (hiking and snorkeling guide), Jason and Cristian ( bar staff), JC, Liza, and Karl (wait staff) and Jay, Mark and EJ? along with the entire bell staff.

It is nothing major, but I think some items on the menu the Chef needs to improve their flavor.

I chose this place to propose to my partner; it is a paradise, and every staff person makes you feel amazing. The restaurant at the property is fantastic; breakfast with a view and excellent service is included in your stay—a variety of fruit, fresh juices, coffee, bread, and many other delicious items. Dinners are a la carte and are not included in your stay, but if you get the all-inclusive package, you can have lunch, dinner, and alcohol included. The Filipino food portions are pretty big, so I recommend sharing those plates; the rest are perfect and balanced. For every meal, you will have a view of the beach.

Had issue with the shower drainage however the issue was fixed within the 30 minutes. Always had prompt responses from staff!

All the staff and food was amazing. Very quiet and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. Reccmmend doing the sunrise walk however you need to have experience climbing.
