The horrible noise outside our room, Like a generator. Only the last day they put a foot towel and unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom, therefore always wet,slippery...and dirty.

The hotel was close to Lío Beach . Hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach and back. Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was also good. Very cozy atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, assisting us to rent a trike to town.

The buffet breakfast didn’t have some of the Filipino favourites such as Longanisa & Tocino.

Hotel was nice, clean, and had a lovely pool. Our deluxe room was big & had a nice view overlooking the pool. The free shuttle was excellent and staff were friendly. We liked that the hotel was not in town which made it more relaxing.

Very friendly staff , we had a pool access room which was great , spacious , very clean . The free shuttle transfer was great to/from airport , the beach and town . Great breakfast with a good choice. Nolits at the bar was great always friendly and ran the bar very well.

Hotel is clean, good ambiance and the staff are very friendly. Only, it takes a long time to get your food when you order in the restaurant and also choices are limited. All in all, the hotel is very comfortable and descent place.

Truly amazing staff. They went well beyond their normal duties and responsibilities. Hotel was in a great location for us. It is a short 5-minute shuttle ride to a quieter, more relaxed beach with loads of eating options and shops. Free shuttle buses saved us lots on taxis. Breakfast was good. Pool amazing Restaurant also very reasonable and good quality. Would definitely stay again. It was nice to have space and quiet after long days on boat tours

My room didn't have hot water but no doubt it was a blip and will be fixed. My friends room said their hot water was fine. Room overlooked a building site but I wasn't disturbed by any noise.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend. Pool was really nice and had loungers. It's a 10 min tricycle or van ride into El Nido which is a good thing! Quieter, nicer etc than staying in town. Free shuttle services into town and Lio beach (van). Food was really good, nice breakfast buffet etc.

Located in a fair distance between El Nido town and Nacpan beach, Charlie's is a Gem in El Nido. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they treat us very good, arranging anything you can request for transfers, rentals and even if you need medical assistance they can provide first aid or arrange a doctor. The facilities are top, wellness and pool. The breakfast has a great variety and own chef to prepare your eggs, French toast or pancakes. Definitely I will stay here again if I come to Palawan in the future.

Very clean hotel. Staff were really attentive, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Refillable water stations throughout. Airport shuttle was really useful and easy to organise. Staff also helped the friend I was travelling with book a transfer to Puerto Princesa. They also run a free shuttle to Lio beach and El Nido town centre at regular intervals throughout the day. Would stay here gain.

We stayed at the premier room and we loved it. The room was very spacious and modern furnished. The atmosphere in the whole hotel is super nice with a beautiful pool area. The staff is amazing and the breakfast very tasty and various. They also offer a free shuttle few times a day to reach El Nido town or Lio beach. I would totally recommend staying here.

We experienced blackout approx. 15 times - only for few minutes, but still. Also its not very nice, that every time in restaurant they were stocked out of some meal or drink. (No fresh orange, no heineken beer, no pizza for night and so one)

We checked some reviews regarding “unpolite staff”, but we have to say, that their staff is one of the nicest we have ever experienced! Also shuttle to the city went always on time. Very comfy, familiar, and their restaurant cooks quickly and tasty! :-)

Shower pressure not super good and our room faced main entrance of the hotel so there was very little sun light.

Rooms are big, very nice and comfortable beds, pool is nice, very good breakfast by the pool, and kind and helpful staff as well. You can rent a motorbike there and they offer free shuttle to Lio beach and el Nido town! Would definetely recommend to stay here!

The room is not as comfortable and good looking as the hotel. At times we felt that we were at a different hotel once we got into the room. Beds, towels, bathroom and rest of the facilities within the room are not in the same condition as the social areas are.

Amenities and all social areas in the Hotel are really great. Staff is so friendly and it is very good to have shuttle services to main places in el Nido (Airport, El Nido town and Beach). Food was also very good and all services provided were worth it for the amount paid.

Good location, 5 min drive to Lio beach either using the free shuttle or on your scooter. Good gym and pool and friendly staff.
